The fiberglass doesn't shed much after it is cut, which was a pleasant surprise. I had suited up with dust mask, goggles, gloves and long sleeves. But, I found if handled gently, it didn't seem to shed at all. So, I just used gloves and did all the cutting outdoors.
The insulation held itself in place between the studs, so I didn't have to staple right away. I was able to do the stapling after I did all the cutting and filling the spaces. That was very efficient.
I used a pneumatic stapler which is so much better than a manual staple gun. Highly recommend using one.
