Good stuff, used this in an attic to achieve R60. Used owens corning R30 Kraft batts for first layer and than rolled this out over top. Some people commented it doesn't fluff up as nicely as others and I agree. It's very compressed when purchased, but all it takes is a bit of fluffing. Just grab the top layer and give it a few shakes than grab in the middle and repeat. You can even flip it upside down if needed. I used ten rolls in a small attic area and only one roll took a bit more work than the others to fluff up. The R30 batts practically spring to their fluffiness on their own however so not sure why this stuff is a bit more reluctant. However, it's good stuff, an affordable price, and handy size. No itch and nice touch having the R value printed on the insulation in large visible font. When you're layering up install it running perpendicular to the first layer and be sure to butt the edges together snuggly. Seems to be made for layering without the paper backing, nice touch Owens Corning! Would've been a pain pulling paper off each roll. After installation, heater runs noticeably shorter durations to warm up the room. :-)

Great product with price gouging prices. They were $20 per roll. Not they are $50+ each. I’ll give you a hint Home Depot, Covid is over. Stop your gouging.

Easy to install and works great. I added this on top of some existing vermiculite insulation I already had and the temperatures are much more consistent throughout the house. I was able to do the whole attic in a few hours.

Insulation was easy to work with and appears to be of very good quality.

This is R30 insulation, baled and wrapped in plastic for easy handling. Once unwrapped, you have 10 ea. batts that are 2'x4'. They expand in depth from the packaged compressed size to a 10" thick bat. They are easy to move in confined spaces (attics or crawlspace), lightweight and do the job well. This is spun glass, it does have strands break off, so use a mask, gloves and a long-sleeve shirt to prevent inhaling the particles or getting them under your skin. I used over my garage to improve the space when working on projects. Keeps the heat in so I don't spend a fortune on heat in the winter. Just make sure that the bundle that you purchase has not been subjected to any water. If it is, the insulation does not expand as expected.

Product was dirty, weathered and obviously a return from a jobsite. Should not have been sold/delivered at original price. Disappointing practice by Home Depot.

A little on the pricey side

Product was as described and easy to install in my particular application on a sheathed attic floor.. Open package, roll it out, cut it, and move to next row. Repeat until floor is covered. the inclusion of the fact that there was a tax deduction available, in the description, was also appreciated. I just wish thathat ordering on line as a guest was still available. It took me 45 minutes on the phone to get the order placed with the service desk rep, who in my estimation, was also hindered by the procedure.

Put some in the attic and the rest will go in the crawl space. Definitely keeping the house warmer than without it.

Did what I needed it to do, room is now insulated and 40+ degrees warmer.
