I used this product to repair the lower end of exterior wood composite siding that had rotted from water damage. The area of the repair was about four square inches. The product was a little difficult to use at first but with practice it worked out fine. The product is very sticky and I had to use wetted fingers to smooth out the epoxy and shape it properly. I let it harden overnight and painted the next day. The repair looks great. Very sticky. Watch what you touch with it.

Deceptive Advertisting 48 oz not 96 part A
The Part A can shows 96 oz, this is false, Part A is 48 oz and Part B is 48 oz.
You're not getting Part A 96 oz and Part B 96 oz, you're getting Part A 48 oz and Part B 48 Oz.
I haven't tried the product, just realized I was mislead by the quantity so won't recommend

Great product in general, but a big problem for deep, vertical defects. The material is quite messy and slumps terribly until almost set. Very hard to keep it in place unless used in small amounts and built up in several steps. Still, it is very good if not used on deep, vertical defects.

Good product but deceptive size labeling
Ordered this product and thought I was getting 28 oz. quantity in the two cans that combine to make the epoxy, turns out they/Home Depot include the 16 Oz. wood hardener that comes with the package as part of the 28 oz. so you only get 12 oz. of the epoxy, which in my case was not enough to do the job. So had to order more of the product and delay getting the project done.

WOW
I'm writing to thank the reviewers who posted pictures with their reviews, and especially Mike Jr for his review (5-11-21) and step-by-step instructions. I copied and pasted his instructions to a note so I can refer to it when I begin my project. I'm grateful to all of you for taking the time to share your experiences and tips, and now I know this is the perfect product for my project.

So far, the product seems as hard as actual wood. I have been able to sand it, too.

Filled some gaping holes in my pressure treated deck left by a woodpecker. Easy to mix and apply then filed to blend with the existing wood. Stained the entire deck and would never know the holes were there. Exactly what I needed

Good product, priced right.
I've used a lot of wood fillers and this one is actually pretty darn good. It dries fast, it's workable, and this little tube goes pretty far if you don't slop it on. I use old credit cards as putty knives so I don't have cleanup to deal with. Make sure you mix the two components in equal amounts, that's the key to quick drying time and the best finish. This product sands pretty well, it will gum up your sandpaper a bit but that's a small price to pay for the smooth finish it leaves.

Very strong repair - easy to sand and shape
I have used automotive Bondo in the past, which worked well for some jobs, like filling outside holes drilled for for medias/gas/water service and such, but falls short on the tougher jobs. Dimensional lumber was simply not available to replace most of the damaged wood I was faced with. My porch had much rot and rusted out nails where spindles and railing were joined. PC Woody worked great for that, providing an invisible repair that accepted deck screws. Window sills and other outdoor trim had severe washboard rough texture and open cracks. PC Woody really shines at fixing this. Thought I'd be sanding it forever, but it sands quickly with 60-80 grit paper. The finished surface is smooth, weather and rot resistant. (Rotted wood should also be treated with a wood hardener such as PC Petrifier before appliying Epoxy patch)

Buyer beware. Long curing time
The instructions say the product has a working time of 30 minutes, which usually means a fast curing time for 2 part epoxies. This product can take as much as FOUR DAYS!!! TO CURE. I should have read the instructions completely before purchasing.
