The stair nose did what it was supposed to. Color matches well. But iv didn't cut back the flooring until having the product in hands due to another review stating the measure diagram was wrong.
It was indeed wrong so they need to fix that. Some people are going to go off that and not actually measure and could potentially mess up their project.

Dimensions included in instructions are WRONG
Trying to be good, I read the instructions which show overall length of 2 3/8", length of the area glued to the subfloor (1 3/4") and the required spacing to the flooring (1/4"). So, I drew a line to at the edge of the subfloor at 2" (1 3/4" + 1/4"=2"). Laid my flooring up to the line, and was going to finish with the stair nose. The length of the area which sits on the subfloor is 1 and 1/4, NOT 3/4. Fix your diagrams. Sorry I bought this, I'll build my own.

This product arrived broken in half. I can still probably salvage enough for my needs but delivery was horrible and I was disappointed.
A carpet installer will be putting piece in. Color is nice and it is more sturdy than the stair nose sold for laminate floors. I’m hoping it will work out.

Product chips easily when cutting. Almost impossible to get a clean cut. Sill waiting on Home Depot to get one piece I ordered over a month ago. Unacceptable!!!
