I liked the transparency of the shimmer color. You still need 2 coats so I wish that was not the case.

My painter painted the charmed life (blue) and mucho mint (green) on my bedroom walls and it looks terrible. This paint was very expensive and I paid a lot of money to have it done. They did four coats but the paint is not sticking and it is uneven. Do not buy this paint.

beautiful unique color. Because it is metallic it doesn't have great coverage. I suggest using a base coat of a solid color that is very close in color, then painting two coats of the metallic color once the base coat has fully dried. Make sure 1st coat is dry prior to applying second coat. Color is rich and sheen is great!

Hi.. haven't used it yet...but I know it will be lovely.

The color is not gold it's more like a metalic beige.

Followed directions, used the foam roller, the only part I didn’t like was pre-wetting the roller before the final coat, that’s almost impossible to get right

It goes on great, true to color

Gorgeous gold. Useful on molding, cabinets , walls & furniture. Let dry after 1st coat then apply 2nd coat depending on how light or dark you want the gold to be.

Coverage takes 6 layers of paint to bring out the color. Spray recommended.

We bought 3 cans. Well the first two the person working did not know to tint this paint so it did not cover a very small wall very well. In the third the person tinted. But now we need another coat. So almost $100 in paint to cover one wall in a 10 x 10 room. Not pleased

Beautiful color with true metallic particles that gives a nice sheen instead of a gold imitation. We had to use 3 coat to get the desired color effect. I would highly recommend this paint if you are looking for a metallic paint.

Extra pricey paint, but it adds the shimmer I am seeking for my project.

Amazing quality ... worked perfectly for a modern painting I was doing!

I painted a dark 100 year old hot water radiator and it covered well in one coat. Very nice coverage and easy to use and simple clean up.The paint was excellent to work with but the final finish was a bit too glittery for this applicaton and my taste. I recoated the radiator with Behr semi-gloss white and like the result. I do recommend the PPG metallic paint as a quality product.

The color was not metallic I went into the store to gettinted because I was not aware that the paint needed to be tinted and they said the color that I wanted was the color it already was.

It’s not matching the color on the catalog

It was an expensive mistake. Cheap craft paint is a better choice.. opened one can and did a test. It was awful. All the other PPG paint is wonderful

PPG metallic paint covers well and really looks high-end
