It’s blue, but it’s a much stronger blue than the sample shown. It looks like a blue I would find on a toy or in an elementary school. I thought it was blue with slight gray tones but zero gray tones here.
We applied two coats of this paint in the powder room of our brand new home. The walls had already been painted with white paint, so we painted 2 coats of the Chinese Porcelain cover over. The paint dried and looked fine, but that's when the trouble started. Noticed that, even with something like a damp rag, simply touching or lightly scrubbing the wall with the rag would turn the rag blue. Paint was clearly coming off. This is a very low quality product, and Glidden needs to make this right.
