So we’ve had this in our finished temperature controlled basement and within the first month it started frosting up and a year and a half later it won’t go below 40° and Home Depot or the manufacture can’t fix it so it will end up in a landfill. One more thing that you hoped would work, but ends up being a piece of pre-calculated garbage.

Yes, it's a great for the size freezer. But the glass doors are a mistake. The constant water buildup on the glass is bad enough, but the seal between the doors allow all that moisture to build and ice house. The attached image shows just one month of buildup for frost. I've been stumped as to how to prevent this. The doors should have been lift instead of slide. I like the side and operation. But the opening is just horrible. Did they even test this first?

The look and overall layout of the freezer is VERY nice. The wheels are high quality allowing for each movement. the Three baskets allow for maximum storage space/usage. However, The Glass Top appears to be a single pane of glass and thus very inefficient. Condensation is very high on the glass in humid areas. I am expecting the energy usage in the garage to be VERY high given the inefficiency of the sliding top. The sliders also do not "lock" in place, meaning that when you close either slide there is not a firm "click" or seal to hold it in place. I am not sure how efficient or not this will be but with teenagers in the house, I will have to be on them to make sure both sides are slid all the way closed each time.

This freezer is great! I have never seen one like this for home use before. The curved glass top is awesome. The freezer was easy to get operating. Basically, it is ready to go right out of the box. It really had a lot more storage space in it than I thought that it would have. We put all of the frozen fish and wild game in it from our kitchen freezer, and we still have so much room that I have ordered a 1/2 a cow from a local farmer. We also plan to put ice cream treats in the top basket for our grandson for when he visits. The baskets are sturdy and just the right size. This freezer is perfect for what we were looking for to put in our garage.

Freezer looks good but ice builds up very quickly along the internal walls of the freezer so I don’t think it’s very energy efficient. Nice deep basket with ample of space under the baskets to store more frozen items. Wheels tend to move even when brakes are applied so it keeps moving easily. Apart from that I am happy with the freezer performance, I have had this freezer for about 5 weeks now.

1 year post warranty it would not maintain 0 degrees unless run at "MAX" (Use and Care Manual says "Do not keep the knob at this point for long periods of time."). I tried to have it serviced locally but could not find anyone who would touch a Premium. I called Premium Levella and was told there was nothing wrong with the unit because "water freezes at 32 degrees F" and I "purchased it for the wrong purpose." Freezer temp for food storage should be at or below 0 F (-18 C). Someone tell Premium.

What's the point of having a freezer if it spoils its contents? I've had this freezer for 2 years. I purchased this particular chest freezer because the slide glass top opening worked for the space intended where a lift top opening would not fit. Unfortunately the food gets freezer burned if in there for more than a few weeks no matter how sealed and protected also the frost piles up quickly and does not allow you to open the glass top it requires defrosting more frequently than I had expected. I am very disappointed in this purchase!

We bought this freezer and had it delivered waited a few hours before we plugged it in,and it didn't work.

Works well, but the compressor is loud compared to my other glass top freezer.

The product arrived in great condition. It was ridiculously easy to set-up and get running - given it is on wheels and uses 110 volt current (just plug it in). And would be AMAZING for a garage situation or a commercial arrangement. I’m using this in my kitchen … as an auxiliary freezer … and the fact you can view into it is it’s main feature - but glass is not as good an insulator as a hard top … so it tends to run more than a normal freezer. So you will experience a little more noise. FYI

I'm now able to buy much more food to store and last a month instead of a week purchasing less products in my small refrigerator : )

We love this freezer. Very similar to a commercial freezer you would find in a store. Tons of room and we like that the vent is on the side rather than the back. A great freezer!
