I couldn’t bring myself to pay $40+ for more mature plants at local nurseries. These cane small, printed back but still living. All three are in the ground and growing. I was also worried because the foliage they DID have was green, but since being outside the leaves are darkening up.

I was so surprised to see that all 5 plants came in a 3' box. LOL~ The plants were maybe 3" tall. I guess I didn't read the description well. I would not purchase this size again, I'd spend the money on a larger size. My guess is it will take another 5 years to get them to 3 ' tall. Keeping my fingers crossed!

It died one week after planting; it was such a small rooted plant, that it could only remain in the pot, to not fall apart; barely a seedling, and Proven Winners' customer service said it must be planted in the ground. Home Depot issued a refund..The shipper (the nursery) was in Michigan so they should know about this
