Best in class for the price and quality

Unable to use it as had to plumb initially for diverter and too late to do so once ordered. Had to take back and bought a regular shower head with handheld.

Very nicely built/executed. Attractive; my wife has used it and likes it; I have not had a chance. A couple of small issues is that the installation instructions are not completely helpful. They tell you to put a washer in at the bottom swivel where the hand held attaches: one is not supplied nor is it needed. The other is that they have some complicated instructions for deciding what length brass double threaded spacer to use up top where it is connected to your house plumbing. Just use the supplied 2" one; I calcuated I needed either a 2 1/2 or 3" one so I bought both - turns out the one they supplied was perfect - so ignore the complicated instructions on this. I like the infinite variability on the pulse control at the bottom - goes from shower to both to hand held.Overall a Winner!

Perfect for me. Like the rain shower head when I’m washing my hair. The hand held spray is just what I need for the times when I am not washing my hair. No nonsense. Easy to use. Thanx for a great product!

Great shower combo easy to install less than a hour

Bought this online and it arrived two days later. Easy to install and works like a charm.

We spent a lot of time researching a shower unit with the hand attachment. Once installed, its clear the unit does not work properly. When I turn the hand attachment on, water still comes out of the main shower head - this is not as designed. Very disappointed and a lot of money wasted on the unit and installation.

THE KAUAI 3-SPRAY HANDSHOWER AND SHOWERHEAD COMBO KIT IS A FANTASTIC COMBO. IF YOU CAN FOLLOW DIRECTIONS, ASSEMBLY / INSTALLATION IS FAIRLY EASY. HAVE HAD THIS SHOWER COMBO FOR ONE(1) WEEK, PERSONLY USED IT AND LIKED THE FACT YOU CAN USE THE SHOWERHEAD AND HANDSHOWER AT THE SAME TIME. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Very happy with this product. Installation was pretty straight forward. Considering a 2nd one for the guest bathroom as well.

The shower handle to turn water on/off is kind of loose but overall great product! It looks good too!

It's nice that it fit into a standard rough-in. The written instructions had a couple of 'snafus' in them...but not the end of the world if you've got a little skill. The raised arm on the head made it handy for the 6'-7" dude who owns the house!!

We have been using this shower for a month and are very pleased. Its well designed and seems built to last.

This is a very nice unit that looks luxurious in every way. The quality of the materials and the finish are great. It was easy to install, the instructions were clear and simple to follow. I wavered on rating it a four or five star only because my install was a remodel and I had to purchase the shorter riser bar in order to fit. This added some to the cost, I think with a little redesign they could have made the riser bar two piece and eliminated the need to purchase additional parts. That said, I am very happy with everything else about the Pulse Kauai shower unit and would definitely recommend it to others.

The product is in and working beautifully! My only cons are that due to my outlet position it was very hard to install and there is no way to have the shower head and the hand shower on at the same time. The rain fall head is awesome!

We love the shower, we just wish we could have gotten it with the length of pipe we needed instead of having to pay extra for the shorter pipe and having to wait to get it.

Looking beautiful in our bathroom. Very easy to install.

The hose holder was on upside down....causing some installation issues....but we worked it out. Other than that I love it!!! It is perfect.
