My over the stove microwave as common also serves as a stove vent hood. The washable metal filter on bottom of microwave doesn’t catch anything! So greasy smoke goes all over the kitchen. I place this floor vent filter on top of the microwave filter and install it back under the microwave. Now it catches much of the airborne grease! When the filter gets soiled throw the floor filter away, clean the metal filter and install a new floor filter.

We installed these filters prior to having French drains installed in our basement. They captured a lot of airborne dust, molds, and mildew. Well worth the money.

They do the job of filtering the air that comes out of the vent outlets. Breathing better.

The filters were very hard to install in my vent covers. They are thick and reduce the airflow.

I have the same product I bought about a year ago. The filters I got recently are much thinner than I have at home. The product quality seems degrading but the price raised $2 more than last year.

The filter does it job really well and I will purchase more soon.
