  • Great shed

I have to admit that I was a little surprised how flimsy everything felt as I got the panels out of the box, but the genius of it is the frame provides the rigidity and, fully assembled, the shed is strong and sturdy. It took me about two and a half hours to put it up with absolutely no trouble at all, save for getting a panel upside down which was my own fault. It's large enough for me to fit four bicycles in quite easily and I really appreciate the translucent roof panels that make getting in and out a lot easier. Overall a great shed and great value.

I am 100% satisfied with this product. It was very simple to follow instructions to assemble. I took my time and planned to do it in a day which helped me get everything assembled properly. I also laid a concrete foundation a few days before and anchored it into the slab. Really looks good, isn't loud in the wind, which I was worried about because of the materials. Everything fit together nicely, although I would suggest having someone who knows a bit about DIY projects around for the roof assembly, and door. For example, I couldn't get the door to line up with pre-drilled holes so I shimmed it on the bottom and side, and then drilled my own which allowed the door to open and close without any catching. It absolutely a great product and really looks good. Hopefully scoring some shelves to utilize the height will really allow me to make use of the space. I will follow this review with that as soon as I install those. They are very necessary to take advantage of this unit.

Very easy to assemble. Looks good and it's sturdy after it's assembled. Beware it is only 5'-8" x 3'-6" on the interior. I was disappointed that it's that small. The 4' x 6' dimensions are nominal. I would have went bigger if I would have known that. Only reason I don't give it 5 stars. More my fault for not checking the specifications closer. I ordered 2 shelf's for it and they are great. Gonna order 2 more. Wish it had holders for racks and such.

This was the easiest shed I have put together. I did it by myself with minimal tools. Arrived and was fully assembled within a couple hours. Fits perfect in the space i cleared out for it. Perfect addition to my yard for a little more storage.

Don't built when its windy. Shed is not so hard to built but don't tighten all the screw until you done with step 23. Its very light, you only need your buddy on step 1 and 2 to hold item # 7703 (back wall). With this size you can fit lawnmower and few yard tools but not much. Overall all quality is good and it can fit in tight spot.

I purchased the PALRAM 4x6 Skylight Shed because it was one of the only shed that would in fit in the space in my yard. As many had mentioned in other reviews the polycarbonate panels seem flimsy but after assembling, the aluminum framework produced a very solid shed. It took about two halve days to complete as I found many parts needed to be screwed and bolted precisely. The installation manual could be improved by adding some text to fully explain the instructions as it is mostly graphical. To make installation easier: 1. Make sure the shed is placed on very level surface. 2. Use a cordless drill to screw in the screws. 3. Don’t tighten the screws and bolts until you have completed the shed. 4. Check out the You Tube video on assembling. I am impressed with the shed and would rate the shed five stars. However, since the shed I received contains some damaged and a missing part I rated it four stars. The parts were not available in the U.S. and had to be shipped from Israel that took some time to arrive.

Spent some time looking for a shed to suit our needs and this one fits the bill. It was easy to put together (assembly is best on a day with no wind), fits in the space we designated for it, and serves for the extra storage we needed. The company was responsive and helpful. SC

This shed was fairly easy to put together. Most steps were quite easy with only a couple that took a bit longer than normal. One thing that irked me was the fact that one of the metal frames did not have the holes drilled out whereas the exact same piece on the other side had holes. Other than that, I am very pleased with the shed so far.

I was especially pleased by two things about this product that were critical to my use: 1. It could be assembled IN a space that was barely larger than the 4x6 area that the shed takes up, and (see one of the pictures) 2. It could be assembled by one person working alone (me). The shed worked on both counts. It was also nice that it holds a lot of stuff (see the other picture). Details on #1: - on the left I have 3" clearance, and on the right 5" clearance from the wall of the shed to the wall of the adjacent structures. - on the left I have 2" clearance, and on the right I have 4" clearance from the edge of shed roof to the walls of the adjacent structures. It was close, but I made it. So I'm happy. Use: I had to move stuff out of my kitchen for a remodel, and the price of the Palram shed was less than rental on a POD for the project duration. So the financial decision was easy!
