Overall the quality was descent and it looks good in...
Overall the quality was descent and it looks good in the end, but the color was not Grey/Clear. The wall brackets were more of a charcoal color the roof panel itself is clear.

Perfect entrance cover
Exactly as ordered, easy to install and delivered within less than a week. Very lightweight, the cover is hard plastic and can be easily adjusted in size with an exactor knife. Perfect purchase for what we used it for. Would definitely buy again.

This is a great awning! Plan to use plenty of ingenuity to install it though, at least if you order the double version like the 2360; the instructions aren't very much help for figuring out the double version.

Well designed, will work well for our need over an apartment outer door. We're hopeful this will stand up to our typically moderate winter weather. The end pieces closing the channel from moisture were a struggle to install & a bit dicey due to sharp edges. The rest went up easier than expected. We purchased & inserted window seal insulation to avoid water intrusion between the awning and the house. Palram should provide something for that issue.

I’m not super happy with it. It looks nice but...
I’m not super happy with it. It looks nice but is so light and flimsy. My handyman said the instructions were terrible. It’s a lot of money for everything to be lightweight plastic.

We wanted an awning over the side door to our garage. This was the perfect size. Installation was straightforward, and it does a good job of keeping rain off my door. But the awning is not flush against the wall, and the upper half of the brackets pulls away from the wall leaving a gap that rain can get into. Also, the whole thing is plastic. It doesn't look bad though.
