Got this in March of 2022 in the description it says it withstands severe weather which it does not. Roof panels don’t fit tight and screws rip right out.

I bought this 14x14 gazebo for my 15x15 patio and it works great for me. The tolerances are tight and everything assembled great though I did have to use a bit of strength as the last side needed to be forced about a quarter inch for some reason. I got it to work though as it was flexible enough to accommodate. My patio sits about five inches below my back door threshold so I needed to raise the gazebo to accommodate. It was a pretty easy fix, just got four concrete blocks and some planters to hide the blocks. Then I bolted the legs to the blocks. So far it had no trouble with 12mph winds which is about as much as I get in my yard as it's pretty nicely shielded. One thing that I'm still trying to resolve is when I lifted the gazebo to install the legs I did one side at a time and put a ladder under a gutter to hold in place while I got the first leg attached. It probably would have been better to put the ladder in the middle. The force broke the silicone bond and now it drips in that spot. I slowed it by adding more silicone to the joint inside the gutter but it just happens to be the side up against my house so it's tricky. Waiting for the gutter to dry out to add some more.

If I could I would take this back! The roof on this gazebo looks like plastic cardboard. Will see how long it lasts. This gazebo is not going to keep anything dry that’s under it . Very disappointing as that’s what I want a gazebo to do. As you can see in the picture Iam attaching that the whole deck has snow on it and my last gazebo kept the decking dry. Not happy

I purchased this last year but was unable to install it until a couple weeks ago! I installed it myself, although I recommend having help, but it can be done. The gazebo is very solid and sturdy! Now we need to add nicer patio furniture lol! I highly recommend this product!

I'm not happy with this expensive gazebo at all. I've had it up for 4 days now and a 30 mph. Wind blew off some panels, ripped out right where the screws go through the roof. Build your own you'll be much happier. I'll probably have the Amish put a metal roof on it, so my $2000.00 gazebo just turned into $3000.00, and I could have built on twice as strong for$1000.00. A mistake I'll never make again.

Excellent product. Well packaged with good instructions. Bought 2 of these for our increased patio and incorporated into a pergola structure. Assembly and fit was flawless. Hopefully the acrylic roof panels will withstand the weather over time. Highly recommend this product manufactured in Israel.

This is a very nice gazebo. It was very easy to assemble between my husband and I. We are really enjoying it!

I really like this Gazebo.The construction is solid and the parts were all there. It has exceeded my expectations once it was assembled and it matches the outdoor furniture.

Fairly easy to assemble with the picture instructional booklet. The hardware should be labeled better. Sort the bolts out by size before starting assembly- easy to mix up bolts in the wrong areas.

Very nice patio structure. Love the look, quality components and engineering that has gone into it! Wasn't sure what the "taping" was until getting deep into the project; you're provided with a roll of special fabric tape that you apply to the corrugated ends of the roof panels to keep out debris. We had plenty for both top and bottom edges. I LOVE the fact that the roof panels are continuous from top to bottom. We had another type of patio cover at another house and it was split horizontally which means I had to caulk it to prevent leaks. Not with this one! Oh, be extremely careful not to over-tighten the outer bolts for the corner supports as they may crush the curtain slide rails. Seriously, watch the channel as you tighten them as they will easily compress! My teenage son assisted with the 2-person steps, otherwise it took me several hours start-to-finish. I'm a DIY guy, but enjoy taking time and not rushing the job. We used a 1/2" masonry drill bit for the the supplied concrete lag bolts which called for a 10mm bit. Makes a wonderful retreat on our beautiful property!!!

The gazebo is excellent, very good quality, easy to assemble and looks very nice.

The package came on a large truck on a 12 foot wood pallet, we had to unpack it to move it into the garage. The assembly took about 6 hours, the instructions were good, all the parts were there, there were a few extra nuts and bolts in the package. It helped to sort all the fasteners before assembly. A ladder is also required to finish the roof. The finished gazebo looks very nice and sturdy, I added some drain pipe on each corner.

Very Happy with this Gazebo! When you buy online, you get a little nervous about the quality and we were pleasantly surprised. It took two people to assemble, and was easy...they also have a u tube step by step video to watch if you get stuck. We put a new deck on our house this Spring so we're excited to relax & enjoy country living under this hardtop gazebo. Very sturdy and has been through 3 thunderstorms and downpours so far - no issues. Yes, I would recommend this product - in fact, if the company makes a Grill hardtop gazebo I would purchase it. ENJOY your new Gazebo!

we love this gazebo. It was easy to build and instructions was very helpful. This provides great shade to host outside gatherings. It is very sturdy and attractive. One suggestion, please includes curtain hooks.

Easy to assemble, durable, and attractive patio cover is a handsome addition to our back yard retreat. It looks as good as a built in patio room; just as architecturally sound. Additionally, instead of bolting the feet into the concrete, we got an idea off the internet; we put the feet into flower pots, put a layer of rocks over the feet, topped it off with dirt and planted flowers. The gazebo has gutters that run into the flower pots, and they get watered! We couldn't be happier with our purchase!

So pleased with this gazebo! It was not too bad to install either. We took our time, Texas weather dictated that but sooo worth it! Love it!

We purchased this Gazebo for our backyard renovation. The built product shows exactly as it does on line. The frame is solid and sturdy, looks very sleek and contemporary and is perfect for a modern feel we were looking for. The size is perfect for patio furniture to comfortably fit and best of all you can install netting or curtains to maintain a cooler area. I would highly recommend this product.

Our gazebo was easy to assemble and engineered well! To my dismay, 5 of the 8 corner roof sections were damaged! We called Customer Service and they sent us an email with a questionnaire and instructions to attach photos of the damaged corner sections. After emailing the questionnaire with photos back to customer service, we got an immediate response stating that the damaged parts had been ordered for us. We received them within 4 days! I installed the new sections and we have been very happy with our gazebo. It is really well built and should withstand Michigan winters!

It was easy to put together but you need help with the legs. I wish the roof was darker , it lets to much light in .

Ordered May 1, 2022. Did not get all the parts. Palram sent some replacement parts but others won't be in until July. VERY upnhappy with the product and Home Depot for not taking care of this mess.

Not 10 feet. 13 feet. Did not fit my patio. Returned to local Home Depot.

I love my new Gazebo, it’s beautiful and just what I needed.

Added this 10' X 10' gazebo to my backyard for shade from the hot sun. Well made with quality parts. The illustrated instruction manual was easy to follow despite lacking words for guidance. No special tools or equipment necessary depending on how you plan to anchor the structure. May need a drill bit for concrete or masonry if mounting to a paved patio floor. Recommend that two people erect the gazebo. I did it myself (72 year old man, 5' 6" and 160 lbs) and it took 27 1/2 hours including site preparation. I took my time and was not rushed. There were many times when I wish I had a helper and things would have gone much smoother and quicker. The parts are all numbered but the tiny labels came off several parts bags and I had to figure out what was what. Here are some suggestions: 1. Inventory all the parts before you begin as some are very similar and close in size (Bolts 7680 and 8880 are both M8 and differ by only 5 mm in length.) Relabel any parts bags that have lost their labels. 2. Do not over tighten any bolts. Hand tight is good enough until everything is completely assembled. This will allow for minor adjustments so that everything fits perfectly without having to undo any previous steps. 3. If you install the plastic clips for the curtains, use a bit of tape at the ends of the channel to prevent them from spilling out when the legs are installed and the frame is raised. 4. I secured the footings of the vertical posts before installing the transparent plastic roof panels to ensure a solid platform to work with. This is opposite of the instruction manual. 5. When installing the roof panels, keep them loose and do not lock them in place with the frames. This will allow some wiggle room for adjusting the panels and will make installation easier. 6. Secure the panels in place with the screws but only after you are satisfied that all are properly situated. I am pleased with the appearance and utility of the gazebo. This was much less expensive that a wooden one as lumber prices have skyrocketed lately. The aluminum frame, steel bracing and footings will outlast any wood structure. The plastic roof panels will require careful maintenance and snow removal but they perform well permitting some light to enter. Curtains have been added to permit storage of patio furniture during the winter. Delivery of the kit to my Home Depot store was quick.

It was more difficult to set up then stated in instruction some things did not make any sense my husband was very frustrated with this project I purchased the curtains and netting thinking they went together you can only use one or the other Also I found very frustrating that you only had so many hooks in so many hangers and you had more holes on the netting and in the curtains called parts customer service they said they’re not supposed to go in every hole but it leaves a big gaps if you don’t so I was very frustrated and that and they charge $.50 apiece for additional and because the panels that are used on the top it’s very warm sitting under it and it glares if it wasn’t see-through they would’ve been better on a plus side it is very large and sturdy

This is a well built gazebo. The fact that the water drains out the corners is a plus. I would purchase this again if I was to buy another one.

Quality design and materials. Looks great. A little difficult to assemble, near the final steps.
