Easy to assemble. Very satisfied!!!

Very easy to put together but you will need two people. Test fit parts before caulking . We love it. We bought the 10x18, we did have two damaged panels but customer service was awesome and shipped them right out. Very durable and we had strong winds the day after install with no issues and no ceiling leaks. We happy with our purchase.

This roof system is an engineering marvel, if your lucky enough to get the freight company to deliver it undamaged your on your way (mine had slight dent in gutter).first the color is very dark charcoal grey almost black, the panels on this system slide right in and they are standard polycarbonate panels you can replace if needed. Their other system has a lock-in edge built in, good luck finding those ! Everything is aluminum that went together with out a problem, I had to drill one hoe on the wall ledger where the two pieces meet (10x18). It has a built in gutter system that really works, I used 2” abs pipe and elbows for down spouts. I’ve built many custom roof overhangs in my 48 years in construction, this is a great product ($2150.00 delivered) and would recommend !

Very good and beautiful. But missing drain cover and the roof 1/4 seems flimsy. Sagging . Wish the roof is at least 3/8 min thickness of theres a support to prevent it from sagging.

Great product. I am 81 and put it up alone on a wood deck, only wish they had a flexible gutter drain to the ground.

Easy to assemble. Withstands heavy winds. Blocks rain and sun. Waiting for cement pad. It hasn't snowed. I anticipate a nice living space year round.

This looks great up! Many small pieces, 2 guys about 8 hours. I just hope it holds up through winters here, they are usually mild, but we do get snow....will update after the fact! So far very nice

What a nice addition this was to our tiny back deck off our master bedroom. Very nice looking and solid. Seems very well made. The clear panels still keep out a lot of the sun yet still create a nice sunny deck for the long winter months ahead. I will update later with pics.

This patio cover was easy enough to put together that it was done by a couple of 70+ years old. We are very impressed with the quality of the materials, the instructions and no modifications needed to be done. Only wish we would have done it years ago.

Generally very good fit and finish. Strong structural frame components. Easy to assemble. The only weak point is where screws go into the extruded posts, some screws did not fit very tight at all. This point is many times weaker than the concrete anchor point. I used Loctite 680 retaining compound in the looser-fitting locations.

This filled my need to a "T". Some minor issues with my abilities to measure and plan but overall easy to assemble with 2 people...sometimes 3 would be good too. Would have been nice to have written instructions instead of pictures of how to assemble it. Insights on why doing it this way will be addressed later etc. Shipping was a fiasco. One person for 2 @ 10' boxes weighing a couple hundred pounds. I helped and we unloaded 4 boxes. Wasn't until he left that I discovered 2 boxes belonged to another person/address. Called him up, he came back, helped to re-load the 2 much heavier boxes.

I was able to put it up mostly by myself, but here are a few tips from a novice: 1) If you’re attaching the wall mount to siding, you might need different methods and screws. Maybe hire a contractor for just the wall mount piece. 2) Drilling into concrete or pavers with a regular drill can cause the masonry drill bit to overheat and break off (good luck getting that out). Best to take it slow. 3) The gutter can attract nesting birds. I solved this with GutterBrush (small sized).

It is a great product. Installation took one day with two people. Better than expected.

Quality looks good and the delivery was faster than expected. There was one big problem. I started building the cover and realized the one packet of nut was missing. Instead of a packet of nut (40 pieces) they sent two packets of bolts. Now I am stuck and cannot do anything. Called Palram and they will send the parts. However, it will take 10-15 days for shipment. Overall good product, but bad QC from Palram. I expect them to ship missing parts by overnight expedite shipping instead of snail mail that take 10-15 days.

Overall, worth the money. Had a few issues with roof panels having crushed areas and small dents in frame due to poor packing and transport but not enough to try to get replacements from China.

Overall good value and it was easy to assemble with good directions.

A good product. Two good days to assemble 3 7.5' wide units and had to special order the EZ Link kits (not cheap!) through the US Palram distributor (PolyTex), which was another phone call (you can't order online) and wait for the shipment, etc. Now it's up, and am enjoying it.

Looks great and did not take very long to install.
