The dryer went above and beyond my expectations. Since I didn't hang mine up on the wall, It was very easy to set up. All you really need to set up is the vent. It looks small, but if you look inside of it, it actually looks deep and spacious. It dries very well, I'm very satisfied with it.

They will try their best to support you and provide you the further service, such as replacement service, etc. Gentle reminder, this is a portable compact dryer with 110V, 1500W. Compare to the regular dryer this may takes longer time to dry the clothes. Before loading the clothes into this dryer, please apply with the washing machine spin function to spin dry the clothes first, otherwise it will takes much longer time to dry. To saving the drying time, please do not overload the clothes.

I am actually overall impressed with how well this little but not so little dryer works. I have queen/king size comforters and it will dry one very well I can stick two pillows in there and it dries good.

Thanks for choosing Panda Washer. Sorry to hear your machine is damaged. It must be caused due the improper shipping handling. Please kindly understand, the machine is very heavy, which is about 70lbs. The casting is made by metal material, and the interior is not solid because it must have the space to allow the drum rotating. If it gets bumped while in improper shipping handling, the machine can be dented but you would not see the damage on the box. At this point, please be free to contact your seller, they can provide you a certain amount of discount as compensation or help you with the replacement service.

Great product. Works amazing doesn't actually take longer to dry, just make sure you turn the dial to a higher time because lower times, use less heat. I.e. if you put it on heat, for 60 min its not actually high heat, its like light heat and then cool for 60 min, so after 60 min its probably still wet, vs if you put on maximum time 150 min plus, for 60 min the whole thing is high heat so it will dry in less than 60 minutes and you can just stop it early.
