Every nice pergola that is well build and easy to assemble. Great product !

Went together fairly easily and instruction were mostly accurate. However, three of the four brackets did not have the proper holes.

It looks great and made of good quality aluminum. Louvers open and close very easily. But it doesn't do the one thing it is supposed to do: providing a rain shelter. The rain water keeps dripping down from around the center beam even during light rain. So it is not possible to sit underneath even during a slight to moderate rain. The issue is that the water channel at the bottom of the center beam is not wide or deep enough. Another 1/2" width on both sides and a 1/2" deeper channel would have solved this issue completely. Now I am having to find solutions to fix this problem after paying 2K+ for a product with a major design flaw. And it is way too much work to return it. So no I don't recommend it unless you want to use it as a sun cover.

Outstanding product! Lots of parts and screws but not too difficult to assemble. Helps to have good tool box. One person job except for lifting roof and attaching stands.

Very, very complicated to assemble and has already began to rust. It’s too big to move so I cannot return it - I do not recommend.

It took a while to put together and the directions are difficult in places, but we love it. It’s a great pergola for the price!

Nice quality- one box out of 3 damaged but everything was fine inside. Had my contractor put up- he had an assistant- took them 5 hours - drilled into my patio. Like the look - we had hurricane winds here recently about 70mph and it held up.

Fairly simple to follow instructions. Some things we did different as instructions added difficulties with next step. 2 person job for sure!

The pergola was the perfect size for my deck. The delivery was prompt and the material came in good condition. The assembly was clear and easy. They sent 2 of the same part. I called the number that was in the instructions and the replacement part was sent the next day and arrived in 2 days after that, Great customer service. My wife helped me with putting the 2 halves together and putting on the top shade curtain. It looks good and seems sturdy enough to withstand the weather.

We are really enjoying our pergola, my husband and I had no problems putting it together.

Took a lot longer than 2 hours to assemble, but overall easy to do with 3 people.

Very clear directions. Needs at least 2 people to put together but easy to follow instructions. Love it and exactly what I wanted. Was able to string lights along the side.

Good quality but the fabric shade is held on by plastic rollers. If there is any amount of wind those plastic rollers rattle and are pretty annoying. Had I known that ahead of time I wouldn’t of purchased.

It is a perfect fit for our patio and works great shading the area so that sunlight does not enter the house as on the hotter west side of the house. We feel we will need to do additional anchoring of the legs as we the last one we had there got torn off the patio when a high wind came a couple of months ago. We feel the bolts that come with it is not good enough to bolt to the cement so will probably add heavier bolts and even anchor it to the house somehow.

Very well built product. All the holes aligned perfectly. Design was perfect for our application. Hardware was heavy duty, not that cheap stuff they usually toss in and purposely had extras just in case.

Great Product, very well finished, all the hardware was included, plenty of it. Easy to assemble and when finished an absolute upgrade to our deck.

We absolutely love our pergola! It’s beautiful, well made & sturdy. There are a lot of pieces to assemble but we took out time & followed all the directions. (We’re still married! LOL) We’ve used it every day & loving it!!!

This was pretty easy to install, if you have two or three people. The hardest part was drilling into the concrete. I didn’t expect the cover to be see-through. Does cut the sun though and we love our new space!

It looks exactly like picture.. contractor said everything was marked well and instructions were clear. He did say there were a lot of pieces that had to be put on each louvre that the maker should be able to already have on .. We are very happy with our purchase!!

Better than I expected. Beautiful. The only negatives are the confusing/unclear/vague instructions. It took me about 10 hours to put the thing together including a couple 90 minute mistakes that made me un-assemble pieces, then re-assemble them correctly. Thank god there were a few You Tube videos that helped me out. If I had to do it all over again, I'm sure I could get the thing put together in about 5-6 hours.

Great quality and beautiful. I’m very happy with my pergola and would purchase it again. Does have a lot of pieces to assemble and requires more than two people to stand it up.

The pergola is perfect. It is exactly as described, and fits beautifully on my back patio. It has created an elegant space and allows for both shade and light. Love it!

Great product. LOTS of time to assemble...plan accordingly.

The different pieces come in slightly different brown colors (darker and lighter pieces), so once assembled they look a bit weird. While it came very well assembled, the manufacturer forgot to include some of the bars. We just claimed them and we are waiting for their arrival. I would expect more for its cost.
