Although the hardware included with the posts would have been very appropriate for mounting on a wooden deck, since I was installing on stone I used Tapcons instead. Made for a very sturdy mounting. Fence panel assembly was pretty straight forward. I had to cut a number of pieces to fit angles. The project would have been a real work out if I used a hacksaw as shown in the instructions. I recommend using a power miter saw with suitable blade instead. The instructions offered on the gate packaging are pretty weak. However the gate itself was well constructed and installed without any real problem. One consideration, the post to which the gate will be mounted won't have any dimples indicating where you will need to drill pilot holes for the hinge bolts. I used a 48" level placed on edge to support the gate while locating the hinges. A 2x4 ripped to height ensuring the upper edge of the gate is level with the railing panels might have been better. After marking where the holes needed to be drilled I used a center punch to keep the drill from walking on the powder coating. Attaching the latch to the gate was easier, since drill points are already dimpled.
