Applewood: Nice color, easy to clean. Happy so far
Installed over a plywood subfloor on 2nd level. It’s adequate for feel and sound dampening and warm enough feel with bare feet. The flooring kit we bought at HD (life proof brand) worked well. Tapping into place rather than other method was much easier to keep all the planks secure as you go. Waste for us was more than 10% to keep the end planks at or great than minimum length. Used circular hand saw and jig saw for cutting to size. Lots of dust to as to be expected so plan for that

Good quality, looks great
The Applewood pergo flooring went down quite nicely - easy to cut with chop saw and Jigsaw. Color is much lighter than in pictures - mote like the closeup. Takes quite a bit of force as you hammer it in but if you do it right you get nice tight seams. Definitely need a tapping block and I HIGHLY recommend the pull bar as well - game changer! Of 12 boxes I had 4 planks with minor flaws, which I used for cutoff pieces.

Worst floor ever
I had a contractor get this flooring for us. We had vinyl before which was a lot better but we had to get it removed due to an unexpected home remodel. These are the worst floors ever! We have had them for just a little over a year, and they are buckling, warping, and the seams are beveling from normal wear and cleaning. I would not recommend this product at all. Something fell on the floor and it chipped the plank easily. These are basically shiny cardboard for your floors. Unacceptable quality

Pergo applewood
We’ve had the Pergo Applewood installed in 1800 sqft area of our home and can’t speak. Nothing but good things about it. They’re easy to clean, and with 3 young kids it’s durable. We’ve have these floors for 2 years and love them. I plan get them installed in our kitchen next year.

We have been very happy with the Pergo Applewood Laminate flooring.
It has a lovely wood grain appearance, and the handscraped feature almost lends a softness underfoot. It has also been scratch resistant.
It is the best product we have seen at this price point.

Great floors. We had our contractor install them. They look like real hardwood (everyone thinks they are) personally the applewood color is a little orange for me but they were already in a few rooms in our house so we just went with it.

Decent quality but tongues are a bit fragile
I used this flooring to do a wood floor in the trunk of my car, it worked well and seems like pretty good quality but the tongues of the wood are a bit fragile, one of them chipped when i had to unclick one, i was gentle but it still chipped, only one board did that though so maybe it was defective. Otherwise it looks really nice.

Extremely happy
Extremely happy with the results. The planks were easy to work with. We had looked at several luxury vinyl samples (expensive too) before deciding on the Pergo Outlast. As far as waterproof; I left scrap pieces in yard that were rained on. I saw no de-lamination. Good enough for me. Pergo Outlast met and exceeded our expectations.

BUYER BEWARE. FLOORING HAS BLEMISHES/NOTCH FLAWS. INSPECT EACH BOARD THOROUGHLY & RETURN BAD FOR REPLACEMENT. SHEEN ALONG WITH LIGHTING PUTS GLARE ON THE PLANKS. CONSUMER/INSTALLER ARE RESPONSIBLE TO DO QUALITY CONTROL. FLOORING INSTALLED WITH FLAWS AND DISCOVERED AFTERWARDS, WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE & PERGO DOES NOT FEEL RESPONSIBLE. NOT DOG FRIENDLY. Product is not waterproof
I had this floor installed in August 2022. I live with my wife and have a couple small pets. I would say that we are pretty easy on flooring. We clean the floor regularly; however, the floor has developed bubbles and warps near the seams. We submitted a warranty claim; however, these are apparently not covered when near the seams if they are due to moisture.
This is a problem because it's not possible to mop the floor without exposing it to moistue.

Pergo Outlast Spalted Maple
This is the first laminated floor I installed. Preparation is key. Once you get the feel of how to put the boards go together it goes fast. I like the Spalted Maple because of the variety of colors.

Very pleased
We put Pergo Outlast applewood on our main floor and upstairs hallway, and it looks great. Our golden retriever has not scratched it one bit.

Bubbles formed very soon at seams
Installed this throughout great room, entry and kitchen. Made sure to do waterproofing along the edge with backer rod and silicone. Very soon after use, small bubbles formed along seams where very small amounts of water had fallen. No spilled liquids or anything, just drips from hand going from sink to towel and such. Any large spills wiped up quickly. Very disappointing this large install is already looking poor when the advertising shows almost flooded floors. Otherwise went together okay.

Love this floor!
After many months of laying out sample boxes and deliberation between LVP and laminate we decided liked the sheer beauty of this Pergo outlast+ Applewood and the water resistant warranty for our kitchen. Had ours professionally installed. And out of 17 boxes only found one little pimple that was easily removed. Installer said he finds this product superior to others he's dealt with. Color and appearance matches our kitchen and dining area's decor. Had 3 steps and back door landing done too.

Looks nothing like photo and imperfections!
Applewood looks nothing like the photo! Way more variation and much lighter in tone. Ordered a pallet and began install only to see multiple bubbles in multiple pieces. See photos. Color is a complete disappointment. Not sure what to do. Am beside myself as I HATE the variation.

Applewood
My wife and I have done a few laminate installs. This Pergo Outlast+ Applewood’s color in person or with good lighting and a high megapixel camera. It’s beautiful, smooth finish and very easy to install. I installed over concrete with a 6mm vapor barrier using seem tape. Easily tapped into place, highly recommended.

Not scratch or wear resistant.
I have installed pergo 30 yrs ago, and that product was more scratch and wear resistant than today s pergo outlast. Very disappointed.

Beautiful color buy not scratch resistant
The floor was easy enough to put down and huge improvement over the original Pergo that is currently in the house. However it is not scratch resistant as it claims. We have plumbing work done in our house and somehow they accidentally scratched the floor in several spots. We have only done 2 rooms but now I’m considering ripping it out. This wont last in a house full of pets & kids.

Buckling
My floor was beautiful. Installed 3.5 yrs ago. Last April the was and still is a round circle in the middle of the kitchen. The floor was installed over tile. I went to Home Depot. Also some of the moldings in other room are separated.They sent someone out. He told me I have to have the whole floor replaced at my expense. I am total disgusted with Home Depot. I do not recommend how depot for any home purchases or installation.

Not durable. Pergo/Mohawk doesn't warranty.
Do not buy Pergo does not stand behind their product. If you drop anything on the floor it will chip, dent, or scratch the floor. Pergo rejected my claim and I'm not paying for an inspector to have the claim reviewed only to have it rejected again.
