The pergo outlast+ flooring has worked out very well. Looks beautiful. My suggestion is invest in some quality tools to lay it

I install the floor in 2016 in my business in the reception area. I’ve had several thousand people walk on it and still looks brand new. I’ve had countless people comment how beautiful it is. I never did mop it with water. Always used a swiffer damp mop with cleaning pads. I would recommend to anyone

Product seemed like it was durable and sturdy at first. Installing it was easy. Started out rough but eventually figured out that they won't always lock in the way the directions state but once you have them in place push down on the one being added and knock it in with your hammer. That ends up flattening them and locking them in. Floor looks great except the below few spots. My issue is post install. I wear socks in the house and have now had 3 chips within the first 6 months because of it. For some reason if I turn without lifting my foot off the ground or slide my foot, it catches the sock and chips. I now have to yell at the kids everytime they go through sliding around, meanwhile I'm high-stepping through the house. 1 chip is by the fireplace because when installing the t-mold, I decided to slide my foot out to sit down rather then squat. That one isn't a big deal but the other two are in the middle of the the bedrooms.

Absolutely awful time installing. The planks don’t click together nice and easy like in the video at all. I’ve done everything to the manufacturers specifications, going in at an angle and tapping it home with a block and rubber mallet. They’ve been acclimating to the temp and humidity of my room for days now. Nothing works. The planks won’t lay down flat and float in the air at an angle. This makes it so they pop out of place if you look at them the wrong way. This is turning what should have been a two day project into over a week now because I’ve been fighting it the whole time. I got too far in the project and made too many cuts to turn back and return all of them, but if I could go back in time I never would have bought this.

I installed this flooring myself about 3 months ago and I couldn't be more happy with it! it has totally transformed my house. It looks beautiful. I have never installed flooring before but I did not have too much difficulty with this. It still looks as it did the day it was finished. it has held up to the humidity added by my swamp cooler. I do recommend this product

I had an issue getting the planks to latch. Made a tool that made the install way easier. Came out beautiful. I'd go 5stars if it latched better.

The flooring was fairly easy to install and is high quality and beautiful. Finished our basement with it about three months ago, and couldn't be happier with it.

I'll start by saying that my floors are absolutely beautiful! I loved them....for the first 4 months! We originally wanted vinyl plank flooring for its waterproof features but because we have stairs, we couldn't find a product that had all the components needed to have the same color throughout our home. We came across Pergo Outlast Java Scraped Oak. It was the dark color I wanted, but the biggest selling point was both the waterproof(within reason) AND steam approved! I am home with my son who has cerebral palsy, so any spills are immediately cleaned up. As far as a steam mop, I had bought one 5 months prior to these floors being put in & had been using it on my non waterproof, 23 year old Pergo floors, without an issue. This was a huge selling point for me. My Outlast floors were professionally installed & I hand cleaned them for the first 4 months. The very FIRST, & ONLY time, I used my steam mop, I followed all instructions to the letter. When I finished I unplugged my steamer and placed it into the provided cradle/carpet glider to put my rugs back down. This was no more than 3-5 minutes. I picked up my steamer to put it away in my closet & my floor had IMMEDIATELY BUBBLED!!! I couldn't believe it! I never had this problem with my old Pergo flooring. I called Home Depot & put a claim in right away. Weeks later Pergo came back to deny the claim saying that damage due to steam mops wasn't covered! I was shocked! Doesn't the description say "approved for steam mops"? I appealed the claim with Pergo, & again was denied. Though as a good will gesture Pergo said they would give us some material to fix it. We just have to pay for all the labor! Which will be hundreds of dollars! I believe that this, without a doubt, was false advertising on the part of Pergo. I don't believe I would have bought the product or at the very least, EVER used a steam mop if I believed for an inkling that this would happen. So BEWARE, if you want waterproof or to even clean & sanitize with steam, which is huge during this pandemic, DO NOT buy this product. If you do, just know that you're on your own. Pergo will not take responsibility for what they advertise. Read the fine print!

Very nice flooring. Close to real hardwood but thinner. Had for 1 month now. Upgraded the room well.

This flooring seems okay. Looks good. Hard to scratch and dent when comparing to hardwood. I dropped a stainless steel frying pan and that did nothing to it. Appears to be water resistant enough for normal use. I do have a couple complaints regarding this flooring though. First complaint is that there are only 11 different patterns. Next is that we received an unusual amount of one design; about 2x that of all others. Now we have multiple boxes leftover with only one design. My other complaints are more preferences. Could have been more thorough instructions. Attached underlayment could be better. Good for the price though.

I would spend a little time reading reviews on installing...it isn't as "lift and click" as it claims but once it's down, it's fantastic. we have a two-pallet project in our house and I couldn't be happier.

Very impressed with this floor! Looks amazing and very easy to install yourself! I only wish I could order a pallet to do the rest of my house in it!

Took a minute to get it figured out but once I had the hang of it. Installation was a breeze.

Color of flooring is consistent. I used 41 cases and took from three boxes at a time. Looks amazing.

I did my entire first floor with the Java Scraped color. Love the way it looks and it seems really durable. I did my stairs and couldnt use the that bullnose piece sold at HD bc the noses were too thick. So I shaved off the bullnose and installed the laminate on the front face with the standard stair nose (see pic)

Overall, we are very pleased with the floors. We’ve had the floors for a year, and they have held up well with two medium-sized dogs that are constantly testing the floor’s durability. A few scratches and dings from sharp/heavy objects—but in most cases it has been scratch proof. It cleans easily but the darker color (scraped oak) does show dust and dog hairs. We are pleased enough to be using it throughout the rest of the house this year. We recommend this product to others.

The color was perfect for our needs, I also enjoy the texture of the finish. Assembly is the basic snap together panels, cuts easily for adjustments.

Honest to god, I NEVER write reviews. But please trust me on this, if you’re looking for “waterproof” flooring AVOID THIS!!!! I have had it a MONTH, that’s it and already there are 2 spots bubbling up where my 13 yr old dog had an accident. I did t notice it until I fit home from wrk, but I was hoping this would be a good alternative to carpet. Nope.. not at all. This literally only happened 2 x’s while I was at wrk (8 hr shift) and when I got home the second time I was cleaning it and saw the bubbling. It looks terrible. I’m at a loss. Save your money and get any flooring because the old flooring I had in my kitchen that wasn’t pater resistant, nor waterproof held up much better then this. That’s w/a dog water bowl, kids spilling water loading dishwasher and dropping ice and it melting at times. Never had any bubbling or water marks. This is a joke and the company should be ashamed of themselves for lying and misrepresenting their products.

This floor is so pretty with its imperfections, wood grain type. Its more of a solid color which I wanted instead of a busy pattern. You literally cant see the seams anywhere. My only complaint is I can see my dogs hair on the darker color. But I will say it does not scratch from their claws running across it and we have a lab/shorthair and a small dog. Easy to install and has the underlayment already on the back. We did put down an extra thin underlayment also for more insulation however because we are on a raised floor.

I bought this floor for the entryway of my new home. I saw it had an excellent warranty and was waterproof, It turns out it is not ether. Within 2 years it has begun to delaminate and peel. It is not abused and it's not even peeling near the door, it's in the middle of the floor. For a laminate flooring that is over $2.50 a sq. Ft. It should be much better. The worst thing about this floor is the customer service. I've been working with Home Depot (excellent customer service) for a couple months now. I had alre ady sent several pictures of the floor and the Pergo decided they wanted me to send in boards to test. I refused to take apart the floor for "testing" so now they want me to take time off to send someone to come look at it. If it was thousands of dollars worth of flooring I could understand, but it's a small 200 sq ft area. I will not ever buy a Pergo product again and I will never recommend them to anyone.

Beautiful design, easy to install, but easily ruined- my daughter dropped her phone on the floor and it dented the board. Then a leak happened under our kitchen sink- the floor immediately bubbled. Anywhere where water/liquid touches the cracks bubbles. Definitely NOT pet/scratch proof!! I would have never purchased this flooring had I known it would be damaged so easily. It was a total waste of money and time. Can’t get help with warranty either.

I love the look of this floor, it reminds me of the old fashioned real wood floors. It does NOT appear as planks at all. You cant see one seam. It does NOT sound hollow. It is soft under foot. I love all the details in the wood as if its real wood flooring. The color is a rich brown with lighter areas. I did NOT want alot of pattern in the flooring as in colors and this fit perfect!!

It’s a little painful to install, but I assume the same can be said for most laminates. The look is amazing. I’m really glad I chose Pergo and this style. So far, it’s quite durable, but it’s too hard to tell if this will stand the test of time (and mostly my dog).
