Easy to install and looks great

My order was a nightmare from beginning to end. The first part of my order was a repackaged return with water damage see picture and we tried to salvage what we could at $57 per box. I called to replace the damaged unusable boxes but was told that the product was a close out and to reorder online and return it that way. My reorder was initially lost then damaged and delayed. An absolute nightmare without any compensation or credit offered for the inconvenience caused.

We had this product installed about 6 years ago, minus 3 bedrooms. Thankful the product is still available! Doing the bedrooms now. Outstanding product…we have grandchildren and small indoor dog, perfect fit.

This is getting low stars due to delivery and quality of material and packaging once it arrived. About 25% of the pallet was damaged off the 28 cases shipped on a pallet. It was not disclosed until after purchased this item was on clearance. My fault for not doing all rooms originally sought after when laying the first floor down. This could be why this shipment ran into constant problems. In general the Pergo Outlast+ shows to be a very viable a great product; super quiet to walk on, it will scratch but you have to be pretty ignorant for it to happen. It definitely does well when spilled on; however in delivery there was a couple packages on bottom of pallet that were torn and wet; these did not resist the water and swelled and/or broke. Customer service was actually outstanding, helping to remedy this where possible. This was due to limited inventory. Though the replacement cases were shipped from several stores and I would highly advise against this! Pieces were flipped over; randomly taped; boxes damaged and several pieces inside the cases completely unusable. Both deliveries were very fast from when they shipped. The condition on arrival was absolutely unacceptable. Though there was no stock and the house would have been 1 room short of complete. The stairs will not be able to use the product; so going with an oak tread. When installed it looks fantastic; I would easily give it 4 stars; material was easy to cut and install. Great with, almost has your large wood floor tile without the grout look and very clean. Without all the issues I would definitely recommend. Delivery service from HD has always resulted in major issues seeing back any schedules for installing or completing a project. I’m not sure I would continue to use this service if it continues.

This flooring is And it doesn’t show any dirt. I couldn’t be any happier with it.

We had a friend(former contractor) install about 800 square feet of this flooring. We soent a few days tearing up layers of old flooring in oht 1900s farmhouse. Looked great we were super happy with the results. Anout 6 months ago i started seeing chips in a few spots, now there are cracks and chips, peeling laminate in so many areas. Im a disabled vet with a bad back so removing all the damaged areas and installing new isnt an option. We thought this would be a very durable floor and would last at least 10 plus years before it started to degrade. I was only able to add one photo but there are probably 10-15 areas like this around our kitchen and dining room.

This flooring is gorgeous and looks real. Its comfy to walk on barefooted. Definitely waterproof!! Our dog drips water on it every chsnce she gets and it sits there until we wipe it up. Highly recommend it

Was able to put down this floor in a day. Area was 13x19 feet. Little to no waste after planning the proper cuts ahead of time. Only one piece was ruined due to a cutting mistake.

I purchased enough flooring to cover 3/4 of my home. In many of the rooms the edges lifted and look horrible. I called Home Depot where I purchased the product and explained and sent pictures in. This was damaged in my bedroom, Dining room and Living room. Home Depot and Mohawk did not make good for this floor and Mohawk said there were no problems. It was just mine. I don't recommend using this product at all. Your stuck with garbage.

Installed in my basement over concrete floor. Easy to work with. Looks great. Very scratch resistant. Hopefully I'll never have to find out if it's truly waterproof.

Easy and beautiful floor. Very happy with it. Hope it holds up with ours two dogs.

I took off a star for the Vienna Oak because the color had a gray and green tint to it no matter which type of light I set the planks on. Even in natural sunlight the Vienna Oak didn’t appeal to me. Thankfully I only bought one box to see what it would look like before moving forward with my flooring project. The Pergo Outlast+ product is excellent and I will be using a different color in my home. So far, the Marigold Oak is the most beautiful light to medium warm color.

Beautiful flooring that is easy to install and soft to walk on. Love it!!

After reviewing many different options and flooring we chose this for price and durability. Our contractor also recommended this flooring. The quality compared to other flooring seem much better! Many styles to choose from. The product was easy to install the contractor said. It is very nice look for the basement.

It’s actually nicer that the online pic. Hopefully it stands up to the wear although no high traffic.

It’s hard to see when you look at the boards individually, but as noted in the description, there is a .25” pressed bevel around the entrie perimeter of every board which becomes very obvious after installation! I saw a number of pictures posted online of finished installs which looked good but I look back at them now and realize the camera is minimilizing the shadows of the pressed bevels. Even when I take photos, I like the look, but not compared to the real floor, ha! After installation, be aware that a combined .5” depression will surround all the boards and the look may drive you nuts whenever light hits it and creates shadows because they look like dents in the flooring instead of a microbevel. My suggestion to anybody buying this is to buy 1 box ahead of time and assemble a section to make sure you like the look. Unfortunately, I’ve got an entire condo completed which now is going to need some rugs to break up the look.

This floor is beautiful

Love the color, style, and ease of installation. The only negative thing I have to say is not about the product but about the accessories that Home Depot carries for this flooring. HD switched Vendors for the T-molding, stair nose etc. and the colors they suggest is nothing close to the flooring color. Home Depot - switch back to Zamma accessories, they were an exact match for the flooring.

I was looking for the perfect blend of light and dark. This neutral tone is just stunning. I am so happy with the product, quality, price and overall look of my new floors. Neutral is the way to go.

Flooring looks nice...went in fairly easily. Does not tolerate water as much as I hoped it would....had the daughter spill a gallon or so (her estimate) that she cleaned up....but a couple of joints swelled.....went back down after about 6 months so not too bad. Had a lot of water (plumbing leak in wall at front of house) come from the underside....fixed leak and sopped up water.....(in all fairness it was a lot of water) and flooring swelled, joints aren't smooth anymore and squeaking.

I really wanted the timber craft brier creek I think it was. But it is no longer sold. So we found this as a decent alternative. Glad we added and extra underlayment. If you don’t and you live in a cold climate your floors will be super cold!!! Definitely some chips and pieces that are harder to get together but we didn’t have any defects straight out of the pack. Month later still great. I didn’t want anything too yellow or gray.it’s a touch warmer than my pic

Gorgeous flooring that came out beautiful and very high quality! A little tricky with making sure the colors aren’t clustered together, but beautiful.

We purchased the Honeysuckle Oak laminate flooring in 11/21 and had it professionally installed. We were absolutely thrilled with it. The colors went great with our furniture and painting scheme. It was highly complimentary. A year later I am now having color stripping or fading in the living room. I'd like to know what my options are under warranty. I would like a recommendation for a correct repair kit in regards to the multiple colors involved. Pergo please respond promptly.

After taking home so many samples I finally decided for Pergo outlast Vienna oak. It has the right amount of warmth for my home. Still brand new but they feel sturdy and look beautiful. Already moved furniture on them with no scratches.

The color in real life is more greyish/with slight greenish tones. Kind of dull color. It is not a warm brown as shown online. Be sure to order a sample first. I settled with it because I didn't have time to reorder again. The texture is nice (follows the printed pattern so it looks pretty realistic) and the pattern is varied enough to not be recognizable. It does not have a matching cap-a-tread available, but one was recommended by home depot flooring dept, and was wrong match once delivered.

We haven't had it long, but really like it. Cleans up good.

We’ve owned our pergo floor for under 2 weeks and in that time I’ve identified a dime size chip. As I feared, during installation it was clear that this product would not uphold the quality touted on the packaging. I discovered micro-size chips intermittently spread over the boards, presumably it was a result of laying tools down on the boards/floor when working the planks in. Other hints of quality control issues was when I moved larger appliances as they left streak marks on the new floor.

Absolutely love this floor. Time will tell if it wears well.
