Good and firm product, easy to clean, good quality.

We use this product in my fathers home back in 2018, and quality was great. We purchased 3 pallets to complete our entire home. Sad the joints where damaged, brittle and would not connect. Many of the faces were chipped or discolored (about 2 1/2 boxes) unable to use. We have alway been a user of Pergo and said to say the quality has gone down. We also used prego in our Powell Ohio home and didn’t seem to have these quality issues.

Redid my whole house only to find out that if you drop water on floor and don't see it this is how your floor ends up. NOT IF YOU HAVE KIDS OR PETS.

Love, love, love my new floor. We previously installed Pergo, so when we decided to chage it this year and do the kitchen, dining, and living room, Pergo was my go-to flooring!

The locking edges were weak and imperfect, surface seems pretty durable. It’s ok for the price

We bought Pergo defence Tannery brown oak floor because we thought pargo is good brand so expecting high quality so don’t mind to pay more. But after installation of flooring we figure out in 2 month that locking is popping up one by one.we checked when installation done, it was fine at that time. Also color variation is too much in each boxes and very noticeable. Not happy at all. It’s also not scratch or dent resistant at all. I have no pets no small kids or rough use still it’s not scratch resistant at all. Locking is very poor and cheap quality . Even we hired professional guys for installation and they did perfect job still locking has start popping out in 2 month. Don’t recommend this product. Don’t go with name brand Pergo because it’s waste of money.

We installed this flooring in our kitchen, dining room, hallway, and utility room around May 2020. Flooring has already chipped along many seams, will bubble easily if water sits for anything over a few minutes. We're very disappointed in the flooring.

I’ve only had it down about six weeks, but so far I absolutely love it. It feels like real wood beneath your feet. Very hard….solid flooring. Super easy to clean. Just water with a little bit of vinegar in a spray bottle for touchups. I’m using the Bona mop to clean the whole floor every few weeks, but I filled the cartridge with just water and vinegar. One of the representatives at Pergo said not to use any other cleaner on it. Very happy with this Pergo product! Oh, and the staircase we used the matching Cap-A-Treads made by Zamma also available at Home Depot!

DO NOT buy this floor! Pergo does not stand behind their products. I will never buy Pergo again!

Great floor , did the whole top floor of my house ... kitchen was done 4 years ago still looks great , flooring is very durable...

Beautiful floors. Only issue was we purchased 46 boxes and 10 of them had different serial numbers-even though the boxes all looked identical-which didnt interlock with the other floor. Luckily my handyman had to make special cuts to make it work.

After a month of sampling products, I choose the Java. I was afraid of how dark it was, but it's beautiful. I put this throughout my home (minus the tiled areas kitchen, bathrooms and entry way). I'm very proud of my decision. (6mm underlayment was used)

The pergo outlast+ flooring has worked out very well. Looks beautiful. My suggestion is invest in some quality tools to lay it

I install the floor in 2016 in my business in the reception area. I’ve had several thousand people walk on it and still looks brand new. I’ve had countless people comment how beautiful it is. I never did mop it with water. Always used a swiffer damp mop with cleaning pads. I would recommend to anyone

Product seemed like it was durable and sturdy at first. Installing it was easy. Started out rough but eventually figured out that they won't always lock in the way the directions state but once you have them in place push down on the one being added and knock it in with your hammer. That ends up flattening them and locking them in. Floor looks great except the below few spots. My issue is post install. I wear socks in the house and have now had 3 chips within the first 6 months because of it. For some reason if I turn without lifting my foot off the ground or slide my foot, it catches the sock and chips. I now have to yell at the kids everytime they go through sliding around, meanwhile I'm high-stepping through the house. 1 chip is by the fireplace because when installing the t-mold, I decided to slide my foot out to sit down rather then squat. That one isn't a big deal but the other two are in the middle of the the bedrooms.

Absolutely awful time installing. The planks don’t click together nice and easy like in the video at all. I’ve done everything to the manufacturers specifications, going in at an angle and tapping it home with a block and rubber mallet. They’ve been acclimating to the temp and humidity of my room for days now. Nothing works. The planks won’t lay down flat and float in the air at an angle. This makes it so they pop out of place if you look at them the wrong way. This is turning what should have been a two day project into over a week now because I’ve been fighting it the whole time. I got too far in the project and made too many cuts to turn back and return all of them, but if I could go back in time I never would have bought this.

This is georgous! We're so happy with how it turned out. Holding up to our 90# puppy with ease!

I installed this flooring myself about 3 months ago and I couldn't be more happy with it! it has totally transformed my house. It looks beautiful. I have never installed flooring before but I did not have too much difficulty with this. It still looks as it did the day it was finished. it has held up to the humidity added by my swamp cooler. I do recommend this product

I couldn’t be happier with this. My whole home is done in pergo flooring. It looks great. It’s easy to clean. Easy to install.

I had an issue getting the planks to latch. Made a tool that made the install way easier. Came out beautiful. I'd go 5stars if it latched better.

The flooring was fairly easy to install and is high quality and beautiful. Finished our basement with it about three months ago, and couldn't be happier with it.

I'll start by saying that my floors are absolutely beautiful! I loved them....for the first 4 months! We originally wanted vinyl plank flooring for its waterproof features but because we have stairs, we couldn't find a product that had all the components needed to have the same color throughout our home. We came across Pergo Outlast Java Scraped Oak. It was the dark color I wanted, but the biggest selling point was both the waterproof(within reason) AND steam approved! I am home with my son who has cerebral palsy, so any spills are immediately cleaned up. As far as a steam mop, I had bought one 5 months prior to these floors being put in & had been using it on my non waterproof, 23 year old Pergo floors, without an issue. This was a huge selling point for me. My Outlast floors were professionally installed & I hand cleaned them for the first 4 months. The very FIRST, & ONLY time, I used my steam mop, I followed all instructions to the letter. When I finished I unplugged my steamer and placed it into the provided cradle/carpet glider to put my rugs back down. This was no more than 3-5 minutes. I picked up my steamer to put it away in my closet & my floor had IMMEDIATELY BUBBLED!!! I couldn't believe it! I never had this problem with my old Pergo flooring. I called Home Depot & put a claim in right away. Weeks later Pergo came back to deny the claim saying that damage due to steam mops wasn't covered! I was shocked! Doesn't the description say "approved for steam mops"? I appealed the claim with Pergo, & again was denied. Though as a good will gesture Pergo said they would give us some material to fix it. We just have to pay for all the labor! Which will be hundreds of dollars! I believe that this, without a doubt, was false advertising on the part of Pergo. I don't believe I would have bought the product or at the very least, EVER used a steam mop if I believed for an inkling that this would happen. So BEWARE, if you want waterproof or to even clean & sanitize with steam, which is huge during this pandemic, DO NOT buy this product. If you do, just know that you're on your own. Pergo will not take responsibility for what they advertise. Read the fine print!

Very nice flooring. Close to real hardwood but thinner. Had for 1 month now. Upgraded the room well.

This flooring seems okay. Looks good. Hard to scratch and dent when comparing to hardwood. I dropped a stainless steel frying pan and that did nothing to it. Appears to be water resistant enough for normal use. I do have a couple complaints regarding this flooring though. First complaint is that there are only 11 different patterns. Next is that we received an unusual amount of one design; about 2x that of all others. Now we have multiple boxes leftover with only one design. My other complaints are more preferences. Could have been more thorough instructions. Attached underlayment could be better. Good for the price though.

I would spend a little time reading reviews on installing...it isn't as "lift and click" as it claims but once it's down, it's fantastic. we have a two-pallet project in our house and I couldn't be happier.

Very impressed with this floor! Looks amazing and very easy to install yourself! I only wish I could order a pallet to do the rest of my house in it!
