The Towel bar was fine; the way they have you put it up is ridiculous with an allen wrench. it makes you put it up 1/2 turn at a time while holding the bracket with your other hand and, for those of use with reading classes, hold a flashlight with your third hand. Pick a screw driver next time, please.

Nice product once up. Templates to determine holes did not match up so I had to redrill and repatch. Measure with the template and mark the walls, but verify it with the actual product before drilling

Attractive and affordable

Contractor not ready to install yet but I like the looks and weight of the bar

As others have said, the wall anchors are flimsy and break. I think that the 1/4" hole is too small, so I drilled 5/16" and the two unbroken anchors fit into those and did not break. The pin setter is flimsy, too, and bent/broke after two uses. The template seems off, too. I drilled right through the template holes, but found that the towel bar is too wide to fit, and the bases don't seat against the wall. Cheap crap.

The template and hardware were easy to work with and the towel bar mounted easily.

Nice towel bar but very difficult for me to install with the small hex wrench included. It is difficult to hold. Took me over an hour to try to install. I gave up. It would be helpful if the tool had a longer straight handle with a small round knob on the end so it is easy to turn without taking it out and reinserting each time you turn the hex screw. I am 79 years and would appreciate some money for a great vacation which we have never had.

I followed the directs and measured carefully but the bar still spins and jiggles (vs feeling solid and noise free) when putting on and taking off towels. It still looks great and I'd buy it again.

Love the Pfister Ladera towel bar and we received so quickly. I purchased hooks and toilet paper units to go with the faucets I also purchased for both of my bathrooms - so all is good. Thank you!
