Very poor quality
When installing the wall anchors, two of them broke...flimsy. After I purchased and installed additional anchors and went to attach the bar itself I found one of the set screws was frozen in the fixture unable to tighten or loosen it. The wrench supplied rounded the head of the stuck screw. Hopeless frustrating situation. The installation parts and the bar itself are flimsy and of poor quality. Returning it.

This product is similar to most towel bars but when will a company make the set screw on an angle so it is easier to use the Allen wrench to install. However, Looks Great and works as described.

does not tighten well without shaking, and then screw falls...
does not tighten well without shaking, and then screw falls out when you try to tighten it. Allen rench key is very difficult, near impractical to screw in where it is located on the item.

Throw away the drywall hanging hardware and buy some separately....
Throw away the drywall hanging hardware and buy some separately. The inserts are soft and will bend. There’s a poker tool to expand the wings once inserted in the wall. It will break off. It’s all garbage. The templates for marking the holes for the wall are off a bit. Don’t trust it. A tape measure works much better. Otherwise the actual rack is good so far. Looks good too. Only time will tell on how well it wears.
