Well Worth the money. I just wish I could find a "Warm White". Cool white makes a room look like hospital surgery room. Soft white is a milder version of Cool White. Warm White makes a room look more "homely".
Easy Installation, Easy Replacement, Easy to Use, Eco-Friendly, Very Bright
I have tried many compact fluorescent bulbs (CFL) over the last 10 years. I was actually looking for Daylight bulbs when I bought this "Soft White" bulb for our bathroom. So many bulbs are too yellow for us, but this one was very bright and truly soft white as they say. We will be replacing bulbs in the future with this same bulb.
I installed these in my whole house six years ago
And so far only two have failed . This is with hurricanes
And other power surges! My energy bill has dropped and the
lamps put out much less heat. The lights have a nice color
To them as well.
Eco-Friendly, Very Bright, Easy Replacement, Easy Installation, cool temperature
a bit expensive
Yes, these bulbs give off light. That's all I can say for them. They are far more expensive than the old bulbs that, thanks to our caring government that forces us to buy these ultra expensive bulbs.
I have had mine for less than a year now and two have already burnt out. They say they last 11 years on the package. These are a great waste of money.
Too bad we don't have much of a choice in the matter, but I would stay away from these Mini Twisters.
Burns Out, shorter life span than regular bulbs
We really don't have a choice anymore when it comes to bulbs. I received a defective bulb in 1 of 2 of the bulb boxes i bought. The lights are energy savers that should pay for themselves within 8 hours of replacing your standard bulbs. My only issue with these lights is that it is a hearty up front investment for cfl bulbs but in the long run they should make up for that cost.
