I have got smart plugs to turn on and off my lamps via Google Home for awhile. It was the cheapest solutions I could find back when I was getting into the home automation. I have to say that this bulb has been a game changer to me. First of, this light bulb can dim from either the app or from Google Home voice command. The app matters the most in my opinion. It looks clean and easy to use. The setup was pretty simple as well; just follow the instruction in the app for a minute or two and I was good to go.

Lights are user friendly and work with Apple Home Kit, Google Home, and Amazon Echo devices if you use that capability in your home. If not, they work the old fashion way too. They have dimming capabilities and the filament inside is visible through the clear glass bulb giving them a real-life look. This light is a 40-watt equivalent light. Would I purchase again, yes.

1st smart and elegant LED light bulb I have seen. Everything fits in the base out of sight. We had a vine shading the lamp post next to our driveway. I needed a new way to turn the light on and off. The app doesn't come with sunset or sunrise triggers. I had to connect to IFTT.com for sunrise and sunset. Using the timer gets annoying throughout the year. I absolutely LOVE these 40-WATT EQUIVALENT A19 WIZ CONNECTED DIMMABLE WI-FI ENABLED SMART LED LIGHT BULBS IN SOFT WHITE. I was a little worried that I would have trouble setting these up with my WiFi and Google Home - but no problem, it was so easy! From opening the box to my Google Home turning them on and off and dimming, etc took less than 5 minutes, even for me. These bulbs give off a beautiful, adjustable, soft glow. I love how you can brighten or dim them any way you like. I also have the amber bulbs which are equally good. I plan on purchasing more to replace all the bulbs in my house.

Bulb flickers more than I like (when not in flicker or candle mode). Works with Alexa which I like.

Works as expected. Easy to setup. Laziness enabled.

I absolutely love the options with the remote. If logging is important to you and simply on/off same light intensity is not ideal then don’t hesitate to buy. I can turn all my lights on at once and go from nightlight to reading with one click. Awesome!!!

I recently remodeled my kitchen and the idea of having a light dimmer never came up, but my daughter told me about these lightbulbs. They are great! you can control via your smart phone or buy the remote control like I did. I have three of them in the kitchen and I can control all three with one click. I turn off or on or control the brightness. I love them. FYI if one doesn't work just flip the wall switch on and off 3x to reset it. I am going to buy more for my bedroom.

Dont like them, turn on then a adjust. Would think more out of them for the price!

Very easy to program and the options of changing the color and brightness is amazing from anywhere in the house.

All Wiz lamps are very difficult to set up but eventually they work. Price is reasonable unlike Phillips Hue bulbs which are made of gold or something. Outrageous prices $50 per bulb
