Very good unit! we have put these in several rental properties and the tenants love them.

Easy to install... Unit is light weight which made it easy to install when hanging in the air... Functioned great , quiet ... A little vibration at start up... Good price ,quick delivery for pick up at store...

This is only a 9000BTU unit, but cools a large area of my house. The unit is a nice supplement to my main heating system.

This is the second Pioneer mini split air conditioner purchased. The 9000 BTU unit runs continuously for 1 1/2 year. The 12000 BTU unit is mounted in the living room. For the second installation, I shortened the line set, so making double flares with affordable tools post challenges. I work in facility maintenance, so installations are non-issue. HVAC contractor charges upward of $5000 for mini split air conditioner installation; so if it's not for self-install, I probably would have looked at central air conditioner.

Installation is simple and unit works great. Not a project for everyone as gauges and a vacuum pump are needed to make ready for use.

Great and cold, easy to install p

Very easy to install, but you will need a vacuum pump and some AC gauges to do the project. This unit came with all the parts you need, wire, hoses, copper pipe. you will need to buy a cover kit for the outside pipes

The Pioneer 24,000 BTU exceeded all expectations and makes for a great home investment and comfort.

We had to return the first one, after it had been installed. It worked the first day, but did not cool at all the next time we needed it. Good thing is, the online service rep was able to get us a 10% discount, as the unit cost increased by almost $100, since we bought the first one.

I buy these unit it came empty no gas the costumer service they don't care I keep spending more money. Whit about results I am stock Whit these unit these is the last a time I buy something like these from home Depot and pioneer products

WOW. Amazing performance.

Had the unit installed, didn't work and gave a P4 error, replaced the circuit board, still not working. No idea how much more effort it will take to get working.

This was easy to install and it actually makes the garage ( converted to a large room ) uncomfortably cold. By far a very good value. Had absolutely ZERO PROBLEMS WITH THE UNIT. Any problems that occurred during the install was because of having no room on the electrical panel. I will purchase more of these units in the future, when needed.

This Unit is great... I have a travel trailer and it cools the full trailer excellent.. Highly recommend

Cooling exceeded expectations. Have not had chance to try heat out but.am sure it will work fine
