Works perfectly for the sun room area! Very quiet too!

This was my first and last Pioneer install. I love Mitsubishi and Mr Cool, but my initial impressions are that Pioneer units are louder and cheap-looking. It’s much quieter than a window unit, but not virtually silent like the other brands. Pioneer wasn’t friendly when I inquired about accessories, so I doubt that a warranty claim would be easy or expeditious. At this price point, these units should be better.

Purchased it just because it was cheaper then what most people where selling them here to install. But the minisplit works great. Really recommended

The unit has a mind of its own when trying to control room temp. The room temperature swings as much as 10 degrees from the thermostat. The room is too cold on a cold day and too hot on a warmer day regardless of where you set the thermostat. Probably should have bought another brand.

Very energy efficient and quiet running system both indoors and outdoors. Was pleasantly suprised at the warm air from the unit even in low temperatures. Enjoying the increased comfort at a lower cost to operate than the previous system. I highly recommend.

This unit was fairly easy to install but I did have an HVAC tech hook up the refrigerant lines and do the vacuum and pressure test. The only problem is that this is in a workshop and you can only turn the thermostat down to 61 degrees so I generally just turn the unit off at night when i am not working in there.

everything in the box was right.. Installation was fairly easy..instructions were good… had a HVAC guy get air out of system.. its a 10

I installed this in my two-car garage to replace an electric heater. I had a professional install it but the installation looked easy. He recommended thi brand and earlier installed another Pioneer mini split in an outbuilding. I am very pleased with the result. My garage is qualitatively different now. I feel like it is a part of the house. I can’t wait to get my workshop functional again. Highly recommend!

Nice unit easy to install. Very happy

I am on my second Pioneer mini-split. They tell you it's an easy self-install but it is not. The first one was a freon leak so had to buy the freon but have no clue how to put it in. This last one worked for a week and a half and quit heating up. Called the company only for them to tell me to contact a technician or I need to buy a pressure gauge and call them back. So so so frustrated.

Two heat and air men could not get this unit to work. The Freon was non existent. #Junk

Working great! Was not as easy to install as led to believe. The disconnect box and fuse were not easy to find. The installation instructions were confusing!

Unbelievably quiet! Don’t even think twice if you are looking for a 2 ton.
