Ember retainer burned out in 3 months.. do not buy this product

It worked well. Not much to say about this item. I wanted one that would fit my fireplace and this fit the bill.

Bought this as a gift for my son and daughter in law. Works and fits great.

Fits perfectly. We used the guide provided to order our Pleasant Hearth fireplace grate. Provides good airflow beneath for robust fire.

It was too lightweight for our needs. I ended up returning it. Right length, wrong weight.

Drserves 0 stars! Have had 2 werks and the grate has bent downward so that it looks like s smile. The center now touches the gloor of our girebox and the rmber retaining grste is disintegrsting! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM! YOU HAVE BEEN WSRNEF

This is a beautiful black hearth that fit perfectly into my fireplace. We have a non-functioning, wood-burning fireplace at the moment, so it's being used for props and decor. It's exactly what I needed.

The grate fit perfectly in our fireplace.

Overall this is a decent fireplace grate despite the fact that it may not fit some fireplaces. I have a Temco TLC42-4 (42" fireplace) and the back legs of the grate hit the sidewalls of the fireplace preventing it from sitting all the way back so that the doors could close. After reading reviews I was aware that it may not fit but was ready to modify it as needed. The expanded metal ember holder works well but has some warping after a winters worth of fires. The coating seems very durable but if you decide to modify it by bending the legs, the coating will crack in places. My personal critique: it could be 1" shorter and it would be nice if the ember catcher was added to the slanted portions on the front and back of the grate.

This grate works well with my smaller fireplace. Seems to be built well also.

FIRE HAZARD- Logs can easily roll off the grate. The rods extending around above the top of the grate are to short to retain the logs of a regular fire. Only a flimsy fire with very few and tiny logs can be safely burnt.

Not very sturdy. Lite weight will not hold up to high heat. Very disappointed.

This was the perfect grate for my fireplace. The previous one was a good bit shorter and did not properly fit the fireplace there for I could never get a proper size fire going. This grate has held up very well to some really hot fires so far and has not warped at all.

This fire grate was perfect for our firepit. It's able to hold a heavy load of branches and not get bent.
