The color was not the same as pictured. I purchased and installed fan. Fireplace will continue to cut off when running fan. When fan is running the flame only stays on for very short duration. If you cut fan off the flame stays burning. So to me the fan is useless. I am not impressed with this product.

Stinks
Had propane people hook up and work okay for about 2 months then began to stink like exhaust . Cleaned logs and pipe still stinks.ventless not the way to go

Yes it did. This is our 3rd fireplace and we love the new one. We got it just in case the electricity goes off this next winter we will stay very warm with the gas heater. It is all hooked up and we have used it several times already. Thank you for quick service and a good product.

This unit was replacing a 20k BTU ventless fireplace. After a $100.00 plumber bill for hook up the dam thing would not heat up. I mean at full blast it would not heat a room in the middle of August. Replaced it with a different brand 20K BTU and it works great.

I will know better when the temperature is very cold, wrong season right now. So far it’s heat is very good with the blower. It was assembled for me, it took a while so I really don’t know if it was difficult. But I’m very satisfied and it looks good too!
