There was no hardware to connect /attach the mailbox to the base piece. Had to purchase bolts etc. felt it should have been included.

Looking for a mailbox somewhat bigger and this one fit the bill, and the color I wanted.

Beautiful mail boxes! Easy to install and enjoy! It is also nice to have a special flat plate on the side of the mailbox on which to place letters and numbers.

The mailbox looks really nice and hold a lot of mail. There is a problem, it is very hard to close the door of the mailbox. It does not seem to be lined up just right as you really have to push hard to get it lined up to close. Anything you can do about it. The post is fine , it is just that the door does not close easily.

My neighbors tell me they stayed away from white mailboxes because of how soon and to the degree that they start to look dirty. We shall see. Looks good now.

Very nice mailbox, it tends to stick when you try and pull the handle on the front, so I just pull the top of the door works fine

It leaks. Mail gets wet

Well constructed, larger than most mailboxes and the door stays shut during high winds. I like it!

a little hard to open but looks good and works good

This a great mailbox. It's sturdy. The door fits nice and snugly. We really like the colors for our country home. It's super easy to install. The price is more than fair. What's not to love about it? A big thumbs up from us!

Our old standard size white mailbox was turning dark due to age. The new PRO Hampton mailbox is larger and the door has a much more positive closure w/ knob. Mounting was easy and it fit our old mailbox post bracket perfectly. I highly recommend Home Depot’s online purchase process as the mailbox was sent directly to our home within a few days.
