I purchase mine a year ago... I trimmed 33 evergreen bushes almost 100 yards of bushes. 3 yards of evergreen bushes topped a evergreen tree. Trimmed entire yard. This hedger cut everything like butter. Time with ease. The adjustable handle came in so handy. This year I went to my uncles. Trimmed 12 bushes very happy with product. The title no bush to big is true thus my photo prior to trimming. Here is the bush after trimming
got the trimmer last year may of 2019 and had same prob with the leaking gas also very loud sounding this year they seized end of july. I should of brought my normal brand but tryed to save $$$ never again!!!
After little use the gas tank leaks everywhere. I have read reviews now on several websites and all seem to say the same (that the unit leaks gas). Cuts well, but you end up dripping gas all over yourself in the process. Contacted customer care this morning...was on the phone for over an hour and half on hold and was then hung up on. Seems like you cannot find replacement parts anywhere for this model (which others have commented on online as well). Very disappointing.
I bought this trtimmer two days ago; started on first pull, rope came out of unit. the rope did not break, the knot on the end was not tied properly. took the recoil off to secure the rope back into unit. Total disaster!!! Had to buy a competitors model. It performed. Two days old and I have to purchase a new recoil unit.
The owners manual lacks info like fuel tank capacity and the website also doesn’t tell this info. Their chat people also can’t answer the question. It seems that the fuel tanks capacity would be easily found. However it’s not

Ease of use :
Bought last spring, used on hedges in yard once and it worked as described. Easy to use, started without problems. Item was brand new. Put it away, went to use the next spring, found oil pooled under trimmer. It should not contain oil anywhere as its a 2 stroke engine. Looked everywhere, found oily on bottom of machine. Filled with fuel, fuel leaking from the rubber 'grommet'/gasket through which fuel lines run from tank to engine. This rubber gasket is nothing more than a plug with no seal and is in gravity dependent portion of tank. Terrible cheap design leaking fuel like crazy. I've used this machine only once. I can't imagine the replacement part is not going to do the same thing.
