Works great in my rv, even runs a/c by itself for a while.

So far so good. I've used 3 different inverters and this one has held up to everything I've thrown at it so far.

A great inverter.
I have had numerous PowerBright inverters of different sizes and all of them work well.

Great device. However I was attempting to use it with a Toyota Prius. The starter battery is 12 volt but too small to 'push' the power inverter. It ran for a few minutes and then shut down after beeping. Had to return it.

Waiting for a chance
Although I haven't had the opportunity to use the inverter, the product appears well constructed and quality looking. I should test it, however, to see if it performs, before the warranty period is up.

Works as advertised
I have this hooked up to two 12V paralleled marine batteries to power a 9.5 amp sump pump. Working great so far.

Bought it for repairs at pasture lease
Looked at generators but most were too heavy to easily put in truck This inverter easily handles start up of power tools,. Can be used at home.

Garbage
Lasted a couple of weeks. Used it maybe 5 times for battery chargers. Smoked as soon as I used a tiny vacuum on it. Made in China. Go figure

So far, so good
I have only had this a week, so this is a first impression rating. The online description was accurate. The inverter is well built and nicely finished. It was easy to install with the included #2 power cables. Having the cables included saved me money. (Have you priced the cost of #2 wire yet?) So far it has held up to a 2000 watt load, including starting and running a 15 amp compressor motor. As of now, my solar panels and the inverter seem to be adequate. I am going to need a bigger battery bank.

Meets my expectation
I have used this inverter to operate a 1/2 hp AC sump pump. It showed power watts when the pump was working. It monitors the battery voltage, so I can make sure the battery is in good status.

It's a great product. Unfortunately it blew a circuit the first week & now weare dealing with returning the unit.
What a pain to return the unit. Working it out with the manufacturer & paying for shipping when the unit's circuit failed.

Simply the best!
First of all let me start off by saying I did a tremendous amount of research before I ended up purchasing this unit.
My installation is in my 2012 Class A motorhome.
A pair of lugged three foot #2 cables are included. This by itself is worth about 30 dollars. You will want to mount the unit within the three feet from your battery bank. Any further away and your wire size really jumps and so does the cost of the conductors. Remember to purchase (not included) an inline 250-300 amp fuse, this is a must! If something goes wrong with the inverter this will prevent a fire and or damage to any equipment you are powering.
I installed the unit in under one hour. The instructions are simple and well written, especially for an Asian based outfit which is where this Power Bright unit was made.
Now here is something important to keep in mind. Really spend some time figuring out what your inverted 110 volt requirements will be and then figure out how much 12 volt battery power you will need. I mention this because you will probably be surprised about how much battery capacity you will need.
So far I have run both of my 37" TV's and one home theater unit and a Krupps K-Cup coffee maker without even a hiccup. BTW that amounted to just 1,100 watts. The inverter comes with a display that allows you to check your batteries voltage and with a flip f the switch you can read the instant wattage being used.
The inverter comes with a wireless remote key fob so for me this was a fantastic added feature. My inverter is mounted under the coach in one of the storage bins near my battery bank. Having a remote to turn power on and off from inside the coach is terrific. This way when I'm finished using it I don't have to go outside to turn it off.
The unit comes with two 20 amp plugs but I wish there was a set of direct wire lugs. It would have been nice, but I'm not complaining. I made a nice 12 gage double male ended plugged extension cord and I plug one end into the inverter and the other end into a nearby 110 outlet. I am basically back feeding the coach from that outlet. When doing this I shut the main breaker in my 110 panel so the inverter power doesn't go to the transfer switch which switches power between the generator or shore power. I'm not sure if that would be a problem but I don't want to take the chance. Better safe than sorry!
So bottom line, don't be over concerned with Modified sign wave verses Sign wave. All my equipment works just fine and with no overheating and no interference. This unit will power almost all 110 volt electric items with power to spare. The unit is built well and has 5 built in fans to keep this puppy cool. The fans only run when the demand is high. Overall I'm quite happy with my purchase and look forward to many, many hours of good inverted 110 volt power!

Fan doesn,t run constantly love it.
Works great. No fan running when not needed. digital voltage meter. Power shuts off at about 10.3 volts. I can run a 15 amp circular saw without any hesitation. I run our cabin on it all day with a few solar panel and some deep cycle battery's.
