Absolute Garbage
The door that opens so you can use the rear bagger was flimsy and would not seal. The grass clippings would blow all over through the back. Then ran over a stick; nothing unusual just a small stick. It broke the cheap plastic self drive belt guard underneath and made a such a racket could not use it. Returned it same day. Save your money for a name brand.

Only used a few times before it broke.
Only used this lawn mower a few times before it failed to start. It is suppose to be under warranty. Good luck trying to get hold of Customer Service. On the phone for hours, can’t get through to Customer Service. Send email to support. NO RESPONSE. What is the point of buying this and they don’t honour the warranty!!!! This is the worst customer service!!!

piece of junk
the front is heavy but the back is plastic i bought it a few months ago and cant use it as all the plastic at bottom of the push bar is broken ,cant fix it as its plastic . dont waste your money

Started right up
Runs well, started right up. One issue, the spring loaded rear cover that is used to either mulch or lift up with the bag is plastic. It is too long for the space and bows a bit. This causes much grass and debris to fly out as the seal is poor. I will see if I can repair it myself.

Model db2322sr
I bought the model db2322sr in September. Only tried it was then to see how fast I could get it go and cut. it worked well. Since then, I havent had to use it, do to the TEXAS Freeze of 2021. It killed all grass and weeds. But now that it's been raining, everything is coming to life. Needless to say, I finally got to using the lawnmower and after a few tries, 6 tops, the engine started smoking and shutting down. The rail broke off from one side of the lawnmower, making the rail wobbly. Excitement quickly turned into disbelief.

Based on inactivity, you may want to drain the carburetor bowl, as old/stale fuel is residing in this area and any new fuel added will contiminate the new fuel...see video...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X4KYcFEfeY4...although a snowthrower engine, process is the same...locate "ANGLED" drain plug on carburetor, which is visible underneath air filter assembly on right side of unit if standing in front of unit....also, it appears the incorrect "SQUARE" nut was installed for lower handle stability...the correct nut will reinforce the connection from the rear base to the handle....VERY SIMPLE FIX!

The mower is pretty and was very easy to assemble....
The mower is pretty and was very easy to assemble. The mower cut my lawn with ease and was a breeze to push with or without using the power mower feature. On my first use of the mower, the bagger came off and I couldn't get it back on and the plastic piece that secures the long handle broke, like not fixable at all. The mower needed priming each time I started it and it shocked me.

you have 2 screws that hold the handle in place and as soon as i started to mow they broke the pl...

Poor set up, you can run over a stick and it will not come back on. Nothing I can do to fix it. It was way too expensive plus warranty was an additional expense. Wouldn't have brought it for that much money if I knew it was that poorly malfunctioned.

I bought this mover on sale for around CAD 150. I'm very happy with it so far. Note that though I've only used it 4 times so far since I've bought it very late in the season. This mover is big in terms of the cutting width. It has all the features that I need. Note that its dipstick (for checking the oil level) is not screwed in, but pressure tightened instead. Therefore, make sure to push the dipstick all the way in before using this mover "every time". If the dipstick is not fully pressed in, it can be pushed out by the oil pressure during its use and the oil can then be sprayed all over the place. I unfortunately had to find it the hard way myself :-)
