The directions were easy to follow and the product looks exactly like the picture!

The product delivered all that you could reasonably expect. It's assembly was not challenging. The parts fit together well and most importantly, there were no pieces missing. It was in every respect, exactly what it represented itself to be.

Drawers are shorter and longer than in the picture. The 2 main stabilizer boards were broken, we did get replacements the next week. Hard to put together.

Poor quality. Arrived with damaged pieces/parts. Returned almost immediately.

Smaller than expected and the finish seems to scratch easily. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and dresser seems very sturdy. Good value for the price.

Not really. It’s like you ordered a 100 piece puzzle & got one with 1,000 pieces. I wish I had pai$ the extra money to have it assembled. Had I known, I would have. It’s been spread out in a million pieces all over my granddaughters bedroom floor since it arrived. I even called the store to see if I could pay to have someone come out to assemble it, but they said they do not offer that service.

Some parts for assembling broken

The dresser came with several broken parts drawer slides were broke. the front stabilizer was cracked.New stabilizer came broke in half. Would not ever order the dresser again. Not very sturdy.

I am very disappointed in the quality of this dresser. Many of the pieces that make up the drawers were shipped to us with chips in the wood and scratches on them. The front of the dresser also now has a giant hole where one of the wooden pins has broken through. The chips and scratches could possibly be covered with black paint but the hole in the front can not be salvaged. Was hoping for a dresser that could last a while, but unfortunately this will be a temporary one.

Dresser arrived cracked, had to return

Product was fairly easy to assemble with 2.5 people, it took about 1 hour. I would recommend to Prepac to label the screws (some screws are color coded, but the directions do not recognize the color code) and use in the directions for a faster assembly. The dresser is pretty stable and looks good once assembled. It's a nice quality wood also.

Nice unit - drawer slides are easy to install. Packing was lacking though ~ arrived with a few damaged drawer facings/corners. Was able to touch up with furniture markers nicely though. Good value for dollar.

Drawers came scratched . I had to buy paint and repaint them.

This drawer’s assembly instructions is written very poorly. Overall it did not meet what I need for it to do. I have to return this drawer

It doesn’t open easily it’s hatd for my young daughter to open and close no matter how many time I’ve tried to loosen it up!its super small I bought a different one for my son less money and way bigger, only plus it’s easybto put together Not worth the amount I paid

This is overpriced cheap materials. Assembly was a nightmare and we've only had it a month and the drawers and back side of it are already splitting and falling apart. We ended up throwing it away and went and bought a better quality dresser elsewhere

Easy to put together but hard to keep it together. The hardware is cheap.

Very poor quality, flimsy weak materials, made of glued dust. No wheels on drawer rails, rails themselves are cheap soft plastic. I return it.

It looks really nice. I don't like that the drawers are not on wheels, which causes them to stick. One of the pieces came cracked in half as well. The drawers are the only downfall and probably a user installation error.
