Great for small projects only... Sprayer doesnt last to long.. lucky I bought a second replacement sprayer...

The item lists it can be used with latex paint that has been diluted per their instructions. When we tried to use it, it would not spray. Kept diluting the paint but it was useless for that purpose. Wound up returning to HD.

Great concept but does not work with Latex semi-gloss paint according to the instructions which were religiously followed. Either the instructions need clarification (what does "fill" mean? Fill all the way to the absolute top or is 3/4 filled acceptable), or after buying 2 units, the product itself is defective. By the way, the unit works well with plain water but not paint.

Honestly hard a difficult time getting it to work properly. Paint kept "spitting out" and did not go on smoothly.

I should have known better than to try this for a last minute touch up. I’ve only had minimal success in the past with this product and it was a fail this time no matter how thinned out the paint is the compressed air is always a problem and leaves halos on any areas that are sprayed.

It does what it does faiy well. Just don't expect too much. It does not have the power to propel a thick bodied paint or finish. Much thinning is needed; much thinning. Almost forgot: buy a few more cartridges than you think you need. By the time you work out the thinning ratio the first cartridge is empty. You'll need another sacrificial every time you switch products.

Junk ! didn’t work, leaked paint everywhere except where needed. Returned to your store for refund.

Thinned latex paint as directed,would not spray.

Would not spray at all. Needed to spray a textured ceiling to cover water spots. Was able to match the color with paint, but sprayer would not work.

This made the clearcoat look splotchy and I ended up needing to redo it by hand

I used it to spray thinned gelcoat. Great for small jobs.

Paint reduction is critical .the spray heads don't last long

It lasted one day. The next day it just stopped spraying waste of money

I followed all the directions to the letter, thinned the paint accordingly and.... nothing. I'm glad it was only $6 so it wasn't an expensive waste.

I have used this before with oil based paint and it worked fine. Today I tried it with acrylic latex paint, and it does.not.work. Tried mixing 3:1 as per instructions, no paint would come out. Tried mixing 2:1 - no paint. Tried mixing 5:1 (thinner:paint )- no paint. The only paint that ever came out was from the bottom of the aerosol can where you attach the paint jar. I tried using 4 different aerosol cans with the same result each time. Save your money

Make sure to read instructions! Thin it to where it sprays well. Also if it keeps spraying cold air, the instructions states warm it up. So I use a heat gun around the can and shake it till it's luke warm. Works everytime. I never had to throw one away because it doesn't work. I use this for my business and it hasn't failed me yet.

zero stars if it was available, followed directions and paint did not come out, just air and moved items I was trying to paint, so did by hand, not even worth my time to try and return

I bought 3 off these to use with diluted paint. No matter how much I diluted the paint the sprayer still would not spray. Even diluted to near water consistency they still would not spray.
