It's now less than 6 months and it's already broken. There's no cold water. I am not able to find my receipt so can not bring it back. Oh well....

Product worked for one year and no more cold water, hot or warm!

I love this machine, and since I don't ever want hot water I just keep it on the cold setting and have it in my home office!

So far there has been no issues of any kind. Working flawlessly.

This water dispenser works perfectly for my elderly parents so they don’t have to lift those 5 gallon bottles. Love the safety feature on the hot water. The price was reasonable too. Only small problem was I had to return the first one cause the door that secures the bottle wouldn’t stay closed.

The water cooler is good looking and easy to load. We are very pleased.

we are very happy with our new water bottom load dispenser, we had another one before and it just stop working and was leaking and wasn't possible to fix. The bottom loader is easier to replace then having to pick up and place on top. When we were waiting for out new one, it felt like oh my I really miss my water tank. . Thank you !

Like it, except door doesn’t stay shut. Drifts open. ??? Im going to have to buy a magnetic latch

In hindsight I would have invested in a different cooler; finding Primo water has been ridiculous. Primo sent me two empty water bottles and they were expensive! I still have not found a place to fill the bottles but purchased Crystal Springs 5 gal jugs from Home Depot and that has been fine.

This water cooler is everything I had hoped for. It was easy to install and works perfectly.

Love the new water dispenser. Only possible problem with it would be during power failure

Works exactly like we wanted it to and very quiet!!!

It does a good job heating the water for a nice hot cup of tea and cools it for a drink of water. However it is so noisy! Both the pump to suck water up from the bottle and the cooling and heating elements are also noisy.
