So I have this Primo water dispenser for years now and it’s still up and running! I didn’t get any problem or malfunction in 4 years so far. The warm and cold water works fine and cools faster when you replace it so I don’t have a problem waiting for a long time to get it cooled or warm. It’s very kid- friendly since my family loves drinking water. Easy to use and doesn’t spill. Great quality and I would definitely recommend it!

I have being struggling with primo different designs and this is the worst it leaks almost immediately due to a bad interior design gasket fall off easily hot water vapor. Not venting out properly and so on and so fort

The bottom part of the box was open.

This is the third Primo watercooler we have had. Unfortunately the hot water quits working so we have to get a new one. Could be because the water runs out and we don't know right away and we think that is what is burning out the hot water element. It is still better then other ones that we have tried.

After less than. A year of use it leaked out of the bottom. PRIMO customer service is a joke.

When you remove it from the box it is already put together which is so convenient.You attach either a 3 or 5 gallon water bottle at the top which it also has a leak proof tray, and within minutes you have instant ice cold water or instant hot water. It also has a child proof feature which saves my toddler and my floor from being flooded daily.

The hot water is perfect for making jello, tea, coffee and more. I like that there is also two size options for the bottles. The three gallon smaller size allows me to be able to put the refill bottle on. We feel great about using less single use bottles.

We have always wanted to try a home dispenser for many years and are so glad that we are trying Primo brand. There was virtually no setting up the Dispenser. It was ready to go after the jug was attached. The water tastes so much better and is so refreshing. The kids love the idea of being able to get their own water from the Dispenser. The Dispenser does not require much space. There are so many excellent features: easy to refill, easy to setup, keeps water cold and refreshing, convenient, environmentally friendly and handy to have. I am so satisfied with this product and the Primo brand. It really encourages us to drink more water versus juice or soda.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for a couple weeks now. It was very simple and easy to set up. After turning on the hot switch it takes not even 10 minutes to reach the hot temperature. The cold part took a little longer. I decided to keep the hot switch off as I use cold water way more which helps save electric and since it doesn't take long for it to heat up. So far this has been amazing. I use a hydro flask through the day and I fill it up atleast 5 times a day. My only complaint is, it is not tall enough so I had to buy a wooden stand for it. All of my company is always asking about it and enjoys using it while they are at my house. I usually buy bottled water so I truly believe this has been cheaper for my family. I will continue to use this.

This water dispenser is perfect for the home or a small office. Simply plug in and it's ready to dispense hot and cold water! There is an attachment for the wall to keep it in place, but I feel that we didn't need that. It stays in place well. The attachment would be smart to use if there are young children around. The dispenser can fit the large water container or smaller one. It is easy to distinguish the hot and cold water dispensers. There are switches in the back of the dispenser to turn on the hot and cold features. I would highly recommend this!

We have really been working on drinking more water in my family and this is totally helping it is there just a basic one. It does have hot and cold water. It’s not too hard to clean these. Need to make sure you do it regularly or you’ll get like kind of water stains on the bottom the bottles I did get them pretty easily and you can get them refilled pretty cool. My son drinks a lot of water at night time and he always comes in the kitchen and wakes everybody up using the refrigerator and the dogs bark with it as he can do it quietly and not wake anybody up overnight so that’s been really nice it doesn’t make any noise it would be really great an office setting as well. I think you just have to buy those little cups if you want or just use your own cup either way.

The cold water us the perfect temperature and the hot is also just right. It has a switch you can turn on and off if you prefer to only use either hot or cold, one for both. I love that feature! The water tastes fresh and my family loves this dispenser. It also has a safety feature you can use if you like to prevent falling over. I definitely recommend the Primo Water Dispenser. I cannot imagine not having it now that we do.

The water isn't bad and was also simple to use. It gives you the option to choose between hot or cold water. My kids loves that it has hot water option because they love making hot chocolate with it. I love that it has a child lock feature on the hot side so my kids don't end up burning thenselves. It's also lightweight and not to big so can easily be moved if needed.

I set it up fairly quick I followed the instructions as the booklet stated after I put the water gallon in. The water tasted very fresh and crisp. It was clean and cool. The hot water dispenser works very well I'm glad that's added it is very helpful when you want hot water. The water stays cold and taste fresh all the time. It's easy to put a new gallon of jug in. Parts that are removable can be washed easily. I'm very pleased with this water dispenser works great and it's excellent.

This water dispenser fit the bill. It is very easy to use, just press the button down. For the hot water you slide the red slider up well pressing the button down and the water comes out hot enough for your favorite cup of hot chocolate or if you prefer tea.

Cold water or hot water with a push of a button. I don't drink tap water and this saves so much money on bottled water. Great alternative to bottled water. Better for the environment. Taste great and easy to use. My family loves it and I definitely don't have to find room in the fridge for all that bottled water. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Primo water dispenser is great. It works as expected. The water dispensed is cold, or hot; tastes great and dispenses as it should. Our family had really enjoyed having this water dispenser. Water bottles are easy to refill as the space between the spout and bottom drain catch area is very long. Easy to use and has been consistently cool water for drinking. Pros: works well. Water is great temperature-either cold or hot. Water tastes great! Dispenser works well. Cons: the only con we have found is the water refill stations are out of service near us. We have several locations nearby (which is a plus!) but all of them are not working. The stores are aware of the problem, state they have reported it and will simply allow you to buy a new one. Refills are significantly cheaper however, and they have been charging us the refill price. This is the one frustration we have had with this product. Overall this product is wonderful. I recommend it for anyone looking for filtered water.

It has a cold button and a hot button. If you have kids there is a saftey on the hot button so you don't have to worry about anyone burning themselves. The hot does come out really hot so it's perfect for tea or hot chocolate. This is definitely a must have for anyone. I recieved this as a sample and this is 100% my own opinion!

I was astounded by how cold the water comes out, with that said the hot water is steaming hot. The hot is perfect for making tea and my kids love using it to cool their ramen noodles.I haven’t ever seen my kids drink as much water as they do now!

I used the bracket to prevent tipping when refilling or even just because of an uneven job trailer.
