The door seal I ordered arrived sooner than expected. It is a good quality seal, was easy to install and functions perfectly for it's intended use. It has been in use for about a month without a problem.

seemed to be of high quality durable material. However, upon close inspection the "T" was wider than the1/4" that it was replacing. Had to return but item seems well suited to a commercial garage door. The "U" also measured larger than the 2 5/8" that I was replacing.

The seal does not have 1/4" T's they are 3/16" and fell right out of bottom of the door.

This was our second try and it still isn’t right. The first seal we ordered, (a different one)couldn’t slide in without pulling with pliers and using silicon spray, so we thought it was too big. This one slid right in then fell right out. I guess we need something in between!

Was exactly what we needed to replace our old worn out garage door seals.

Exact fit ,easy install

I needed a 1/4 T for my garage door bottom, but many businesses only had a 5/16T (which did not fit- after trying). Home depot had this 1/4 T and it fit perfectly. Thank you!

The Product, along with the 10 piece I purchased of the same, worked as featured and was of a better quality than I got from another vendor(who went the wrong mislabeled T size. It was even better than the product provided in the spring by my door replacement vendor. I inserted 1" backer rod inside that seal. Both went in easier than expected; I didn't require soaping or lubing the tracks with anything. Whole project on both doors was done within a 1/2 hour. Great product!

This garage door seal works like a charm on each and every garage door bottom I've replaced over the years.

Cut old one down the middle and pull out-lube new with silicone and slide into 1/4 t-rail one hour job.

The 1/4 inch trim end was too small for me and it continually slips out after your close the door and reopen. Make sure your trim does not require larger trim size. Again, I recommend the item if sized correctly

The seal ended up, not working the tees on either and we’re just a little bit smaller than the original seal. It fell off after three days I have to call a garage door specialist.

The ProSeal 20 ft garage door bottom seal, purchase from Home Depot was a perfect fit, I diy it myself. The instructions were straightforward and easy to understand.

Great product and easy to install. The trick to installing it is to keep it moist with soapy water while inserting it. Works great. Garage has a nice complete seal now.
