Only got half the order. No slatwall panels, just the hooks. UPS may have wcrewed up.

I wanted to evaluate the ProSlat system as I have two large garage projects coming up that are to be covered in a slatwall system. I guess I should have waited a little longer as HomeDepot just dropped the price on this again. There are plusses and minuses to every product and this one is no different. I figured that putting this up in a closet would give me the opportunity to find out what those plusses and minuses were with out dropping $000s. The panels are tough as nails, a nice slick white in color and should be easy to clean. However the color does not go all the way through - it is applied to the surface of the panel. So if you were to get a chip, the underlying burt orange/rust color is going to be pretty apparent. That being said these were very easy to cut with a miter saw (100 tooth 12 in blade) and a jig saw with a metal cutting blade - so no chips. The panels do create a lot of static and everything wants to stick to them. Proslat provides screws to attach the panels that accept a square drive which was a real plus because I could use my long Kreg pocket screw bit to drive the screws in tight inside corners. Downside is they could have provided a few more. They do provide the necessary j-trim to finish the edges of the panels (2-8ft sections) however it would be nice to know you could get more. A visit to the Proslat website show that the trim is available - but only in 4 foot sections. I think it would look pretty sloppy piecing 4 ft sections of trim to finish an 8ft section of wall. The good news is that the j-trim does not appear to be anything more the vinyl j-trim used to finish exposed edges of drywall (3/4inch). You need to look to find the vinyl 3/4 inch drywall trim but it can be had. While I was on the Proslat website, I noticed a lot of stuff was marked "sold out". A call to both sales and customer service at Proslat went unanswered. This is where the red flags really went up. I cannot afford to get into a large project only to find out I cannot get what I need to finish the job. I really wonder if they are going out of business and have sold most of their inventory to Home Depot as a "special buy"? The mini-hook combo kit that was included met most of my needs for hooks - a couple of the larger ones, I did not need. It would be nice if you could buy these separately - same for the plastic bins. The small bins are 10 to a pack and the large bins are 3 to a pack. All the accesories are expensive. It would also be nice to buy the slatwall panels a strip at a time - but no can do. At the end of the day, it is a nice product. And if you plan your project really well, and need all the bits and pieces that are in their accessory "kits" I think you will be fine, and I think you will enjoy the product as many others have. But do your legwork and make sure you can get everything you need - and as little of everything you don't need. Will I use this for the 2 garages coming up - no. Would I use it for another small project? Maybe - depending on the other options available to me.

It looks great, and all my tools are organized now! The panels did seem to have a lot of static cling (lots of dog fur, etc. easily attracted/stuck to them), but I'm hoping that diminishes with time.

Such a great choice, several of my friends and family are checking into purchasing. Planning a large installation buying multiple 32 sq. ft Wall Panels with Mini Hook Combo Kit in White (20 Piece) gave me a great base collection of hooks. Wall Panels were all they were advertised to be, easy installation and a sturdy easy to use system.

I love to have things organized and good looking too . . .What a great system

Pretty easy to assemble , just need to read the directions CAREFULLY. Did not overlap correctly and needed to take down 4 panels and reinstall. All on me. Very tough and looks Great. I have it full with several hundred (300lbs.) Purchased extra hooks too. The box of extra hooks is an assortment. You cant purchase individual hooks, so you end up with the cheap hooks that you may not need. All the hooks are very sturdy and can hold just about any weight you throw at them. Would purchase it again .

Worked out well for my needs.

They can take a little planning and effort to install, but the finished product is well worth it.

Makes our garage very neat and clean looking! There is a hook for virtually EVERYTHING!!

I ordered 16 of these to completely cover my garage walls. The dimensions are pretty close but each individual panel does vary slightly in length and causes some gapping and inconsistencies along the seam if not using the j-trim in a long span. Otherwise, looks great, functions even better.

Instructions were not real clear on how far apart to space slats. The trim supplied did not cover the height of the slats, using all the slats in the kit

While a bit pricey, the finished look and functionality far exceed the press board versions of slat board. Very easy to install by one person. The only challenge is getting the bottom track level, but that was easily accomplished by attaching the center of the track first (at the height I wanted), and then going outward from there to ensure it remained level. Hooks are very heavy duty/solid and can slide laterally very easily, which is a unexpected plus. I've installed eight of these so far (even one on a curved wall).

The Proslat 32 sq. ft Wall Panels with Mini Hook Combo Kit in White was very easy to install and big enough to hold most of my tools in the garage. I was pleasantly surprised at the lightweight design and by how much weight it is able to support. Installation was easy and the instructions provided were understandable. An online video was also helpful. The provided mini hooks are very easy to install and to move around. The hooks are solidly made. I've only had it a few weeks but am very happy with the performance.

Was easy to put up. It does what I need it to do and looks great.

Easy install. Took about 3 hours doing it alone. Looks great and very strong. I do think having a second hand would have drastically cut down install time. Great sturdy storage solution. Watch install video before you install it was helpful.

These wall panels are a great addition to my garage. Helps keep everything neat and organized. I woild reccomend watching the instal video on the website prior to installing.

Looks good, easy to assemble

Easy to setup. Took about 90 minutes.

Great product. Easy install. Make sure each panel is fully seated into the prior panel before securing. I used an awl to help the screws go in a little easier. Not all of my slatwall accessories I used on another system worked, but some did.

The wall panels were exactly as advertised. In my case the wall hooks shipped separately from the wall panel (& over a week later). As a result I ordered additional hooks thinking I misunderstood what was included in my original order. I had no problems returning the additional Combo Kit.

The instructions were easy to follow. I needed to get a stud finder, but had a power screwdriver so it went up as instructed.

We bought for Christmas gift because we loved the one we bought for ourselves. I am sure my son-in-law will love it!

Really happy with the way it looks but installing it piece by piece is kind of fussy. But it looks great and very strong.

I had to buy extra hooks. 10 is not enough for the square footage.
