Great except there is no sensor to stop it from freezing up.

Product was easy to use and working as expected.

I loved the sleek and compact design of this product and wanted something for my bathroom and/or a smaller bedroom. I let it run overnight in both small spaces and it barely withdrew any moisture. Both days were over 95 degrees with extremely high humidity. Very disappointed in its performance.

Good for small places. I have a small basement, about 600 square feet. Overnight, on a moderately humid day, it will remove about half a cup of water from the air.

Had it a couple weeks now and the thing still hasn't filled up the reservoir. Not even sure it works properly. It's a 10×10 room, with humidity at 65-75% humidity and it still doesn't help any

Nice size, but tank will not fill up. Only gets about an inch of water in reservoir and wont pull anymore moisture.

Works well in a very tiny camper in which the humidity would often approach 100%, but with this dehumidifier it never goes above 80%. When not occupied, the humidity can drop as low as 50%. Typically collects about 1/2 cup of water overnight, which is significant for the approximately 200 cubic feet of space (6' x 8' x 4'). I blocked the light on the front of it with a small patch of black tape. I bought the extra warranty because I have had problems with thermoelectric coolers in the past, and this is a thermoelectric device.

Plan on returning sometime this week. Product not very good. Had to get another dehumidifier that actually works.

I bought this when I moved into my basement apt, and the tank never fully filled with water. I suspect it's not working. It's quiet and small, though.

Keeps 10 x 10 room at 62% humidity consistently. Home Depot cheaper model would only bring it down to 72%.

I bought this for a small camping trailer that was having pretty bad mildew problems and smelled bad. This in conjunction with baking soda took care of the problem. Don't expect it to work like your basement dehumidifier, they're not kidding when they say small space, but it's good for what it is.

Very low capacity.

Seems to do the job in the sense of collecting water. I still have condensation on the window I placed it a foot in front of, but less than before having the dehumidifier. This seems to be best in a small bathroom with the door consistently closed.

I bought this dehumidifier to help with the musty smell in a bathroom. It does pull moisture from the air and operates for several days before needing to be emptied. My only disappointment is the volume of the motor. Much louder than expected.

I purchased the dehumidifier because I have a piano and there is a lot of humidity in my apartment. I remove approximately 12 cups water (once each day - 3 days a week) per week. Actually, I probably need a larger unit but my apartment is small and I would not be able to empty and carry more water. But I am very pleased with the unit for what it is capable of. It is small, easy to empty and very quiet.
