The putty holds really well. I was using it to hold up some knick knacks and the stuff melted and made a sticky mess, but it was still holding the item up. yech.

Good stuff, easy to use.

Stuck glass to shelf in shop where there will be potential “earthquakes” when saws are running.

This putty did not stick to anything I tried it on.

The Museum Putty held very well, On the garland on the mantle at Christmas and on a tray on display in a bakers rack

Amazingly strong and completely removeable. I've used it for small jobs before but this time I used it to attach a heavy headboard to the wall behind my air bed. Obviously you can't attach a headboard to an air bed and I didn't want to drill holes to attach the headboard to the wall. Once again, Museum Putty came to my rescue.

I wanted to help my funko pops stay upright. Their heads make them topple over. I went to Home Depot and the workers acted like I had 3 heads. Never heard of the stuff. Finally found it. It does not work at all. Every morning they are toppled over. And the stuff doesn’t easily come off the shelf. I have to rub and rub it off. This is actually garbage a waste of time and money.

I use this product behind my hanging pictures to keep them straight on the wall. I also use on the bottom of small collectables to keep from being knocked down my cat. :)

I’ve been using this for years for fragile things. We just had a 7.0 quake. Everything held by this was safely in place. I had a bookshelf anchored to a stud which ended up ripped off it’s anchor and leaning forward about 30 degrees. The items held by the putty were still safely on the bookshelf. Highly recommend.

did not work at all, would not stick to a photo or our painted brick wall.. UGH.. Command Strips instead .. They ROCK.

I bought this at the Home Depot and not only is this hard to remove, it leaves an oily stain on my walls. We live in the high desert and this stuff melts below the frame of pictures. I tried a spray cleaner and that didn't help to get it off the wall, and it also removed some paint, which is Berh. I have touch up, so it is easy to patch up. It does hold things in place somewhat and won't buy again.

The puddy comes in a sealable package so it can be used multiple times. It works well and doesn’t leave marks on the wall if removed. I recommend it and will be purchasing more

With a grandchild around this did the trick. Made it stay even if it is bumped.

Great for many uses, even in parts of the country with no earthquakes. I used it most recently to secure a antique Japanese sugar bowl to a display shelf on the wall that could get bumped easily. I've also used it to secure the bottoms of pictures to the wall so that they don't move. I hate to keep straightening pictures, and this keeps them hanging straight. Great stuff!

What is important about this museum putty is it works. I have two large boy cats who I should rent out as demolition experts! But with this putty, my beautiful glassware antiques can now be displayed and when my boys are at their best, my items DO NOT MOVE. Love Home Depot for carrying museum putty. Happy customer.

I've used another product which came in a tin- much better at holding well without using much product (visibility of product problematic). Not sure what the name of other product is. If this dries out, it may prove valuable. Haven't had for long. Much better than nothing, however.

won't work for toddlers who like to move things around

Was happy I was able to find the product locally. The product worked very well for what I intended it and I'm very happy with the results.
