The quality is average as it rusts quickly and scratches...
The quality is average as it rusts quickly and scratches easily. I need to exchange or purchase a handle for the opposite side as I have some clearance issues, but they will not answer the phone (goes to VM with no call back), the email bounces back as undeliverable and the fax number will not work either. For these reasons, I would not recommend this product. Get something custom, better, and less expensive by a trailer shop. Does not seem to be service after the sale. Has a warranty that is useless if they will not communicate with you.

It is very easy and quick to assemble. My only worry is (and time will tell) that it is a bit springy when I step on it. It say it’s rated for 300lbs and I weight 250 so hopefully is holds out over time. It seems solidly built so maybe I have nothing to worry about.
