Very easy to put together and still super comfortable!

I've used this chair 8 hours everyday for the last two weeks & have no complaints about comfort, it is supportive & reclines nicely. Cons - The arms have been bit wobbly since assembly with no way to fix. Cushions don't seem very durable. Instructions need improvement. UPS has 1.2 stars for a reason.

Adequate for the price, but I'm a little concerned about how securely the contact points are made with the included hardware. There seems to be a bit more flex in these secured joints than would seem normal. Maybe it's just a looser fit, but I've already adjusted the tension of the bolts twice and one arm is decidedly looser than the other.

Chair is built solid and very versatile. Love it!

After working from home for about a year, my old office chair just wasn't cutting it. This chair is very comfortable for all day sitting.

It was easy to set up and it is very comfortable, both for work and gaming. I particularly enjoy adjusting the back support depending on the position I'm sitting in. Highly recommend it!

Assembly was simple. The chair can be a little hot but is overall comfortable. The wheels do not roll very well, so I’d recommend spending $25 and upgrading to “roller blade” style wheels. Also, the left arm rest is not perfectly perpendicular to the seat bottom so it’s a bit weird feeling. Nothing earth shattering, just off. The leather like material creaks a lot. Doesn’t bother me but if you are looking for silent chair, this is not an ideal choice. All that aside, at this price point, I think the chair is a fair value.

Awesome chair, great quality!

Great quality chair bought for my son's birthday.

The chair is great looking and feel but the lock that releases the back of the chair to recline isn’t working properly and the chair now doesn’t stay locked in any position.

The back rest locking mechanism broke under 2 weeks after first use. Broken chair.

I think this chair is really great. After working from home with a very uncomfortable chair for 10 months, I wanted to get an ergonomic chair that would be much more comfortable for long meetings, didn't creak, and would be better for my back. Buying this chair was probably one of the best decisions I made and I only wish I had bought it sooner. I especially really like that you can adjust how reclined you want the chair and the pillows are a real game changer for neck and back support. Since this chair can be reclined to 155 degrees and it has a foot rest, I have had some very comfortable naps on this chair as well. The only thing is the instructions could have been a big more clear. I didn't realize I was supposed to put the back of the chair into the metal part of the seat so that was confusing for me, but if you're handy person, you should be able to figure it out. Overall, really great chair and highly recommend.

Item varies between models. Have had less than 3 months and my chair is already breaking apart. The back no longer fully locks and there for will completely lean back with just normal pressure and weight from my back and my husband's. My husband has this chair in red which was the reason I decided to get the same after testing his and him owning his for many more months. The armrest cushions on his moved around to the side under the normal use and his seat cushion has deflated very much but the chair still supports him and stays locked so he is okay with his. If you want to sit crosslegged don't get this chair, probably if you weigh over 200pounds don't get this chair either so you won't have much deflating issues like my husband who weighs 220pounds with the max load being at 275 I'd have thought the cushions would not do such weird things. Overall, upset that this chair didn't work out, we have a cute office set up with the same desks and chairs but I'm not keeping a chair I can't lean on the back rest in.

Simple to put together. Leans back really far and the foot rest is nice. Not just for gaming, you could lean back with your feet up and watch some movies or shows cause this chair is comfortable.
