I had been using this product for over a year putting it into the comode once a month using little or no paper. It was fine , then on an emergency event I had a group of people using the facility and it clogged the system and it was very costly, the plumber said the sewer line was full of roots. I am very unhappy with this product.

We use this three or four times a year to be sure the bugs’ are alive and well in the septic system. They seemed to be working well when we were pumped out two years ago. We’ll have the service give us an update this year. Reasonable price and easy to use.
