Great Shop Vac
Great Shop Vac, especially for the money, even more so if you get it on sale. I even accidentally rolled it right down a flight of stairs and it was fine. I was deciding between this and the 14 gallon and I went with the 12 gallon because I thought it would take up less space, but it really doesn't. With the attachments and the hose and all, it takes up just as much floor space as the 14 or even the 16. It's really about how big a bucket you want to carry to the dumpster when you're done.

Good vacuum, the box is misleading
Got this vacuum today. The vacuum assembles easily and seems to be of good build quality. The vacuum itself is great so far, using it to clean up a basement that got water in it.
The box says it includes a "floor brush" with a drawing of a bristled brush adapter. It in fact included a squeegee floor adapter. Now the product number that they list on the box is for a floor squeegee so they aren't WRONG just confusing. Mine did not include the filter bags. 4/5

Used this vaccum to empty my 50 gallon turtle tank. It made the job very quick. Putting together the vaccum was fast.

GOOD & BAD!
The shop vac is great. Plenty of suction for the toughest job. 12 gallon storage is awesome. Price was great!
Now the bad: I will never buy another Rigid product. Registering a Rigid product is worse than anything I ever encountered!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Very happy with our RIDGID vacuum which resides in our garage. An outstanding feature is the locking attachments, which are far superior to the non-locking attachments on other vacuums, which too often slip out while in use. Suction power is very good also.
