I have not used it yet, but it is a great alternative to my pneumatic nailer. Hopefully it will shoot clean without jams.

Loading the nails was a little unclear in directions, but I figured it out. Easy to adjust force and depth, great not to have to drag an air hose around.

Junk. I have gone through three of these nailers under warranty through home Depot. They randomly refuse to fire, and I have to pull the battery to reset it - then it fires. My latest nailer only drove ten nails since it was new, then it started binding up and the hammer wouldn't trigger. Save your money and time and don't buy this product.

So many issues. Sometimes it doesn’t try. Sometimes it tries and nothing comes out. Once in a while it drives a nail. I get too excited knowing in my mind that it was a one off that it worked. I will pull this out of the trash can and see if I can fix it again. The Lifetime Service Agreement/Warranty seems to be a fraud also. I have tried to register enough tools only to find the website freezes or the registration is forever “in process”

Works great. Drives nails even in oak. Only peeve, you have to re-install the battery every time you add nails.

The nailer is very unpredictable. It works fine but if you stop for a minute or so it will not work till you take the battery out and put it back in then it will work for a while then back to the issue again. Very frustrating. I’m looking forward in getting a finish or forming nailer but I’ll read the reviews before I get one. If any one knows why it’s doing this let us know.

Hey there and greetings to all , straight to the point , ridgid if your reading this you guys have to work on this product , very annoying, was installing shiplap in the ceiling and nailer kept blinking with out fireing , changed the battery multiple times and multiple times i was disappointed, didn’t come with a bag like the other Cordless ridgid nailer i have (yes ridgid im a loyal customer with quite a few of you products and i mean quite a few) . Didn’t come with the retention clip, got this one as an alternative from big berta AKA 16 ga hyperdrive Ridgid cordless nailer because it was too heavy and this one although lighter that said berta , its still a bit on the heavy side . Overall definitely not satisfied with this product and theres alot of room from for improvement .

I really like the value and the overall size of this brad nailer. That said, it is just not reliable! Frequently it will error out somehow and just flash the led lights when you try to engage it. The only way to fix it is to remove the battery, then replace the battery and try again. This becomes ridiculous when it happens every 5-10 nails. And as for the warrantee (the reason I bought Ridgid), well good luck; you have to take it into an authorized repair center and wait weeks. No thanks.

I was hesitant to purchase there were some poor reviews on this item. The brad nailer worked amazing I had no issues with it at all. I used a 4 hr battery with it and it lasted longer than expected.

Great Brad nailer. Have no complaints. Working wonderfully. Suggestion for those who complain about of nailer missing or not shooting nails, check the nails load, there's the one stuck inside or banded. Remove it and you will be good to go. Thanks.

I was excited to try this nailer out. I’ve got a lot of the 18v Ridgid stuff. Pretty happy with most of it This nailer star out ok. Maybe 75-100 nails all good. Took it to work and was spending more time taking the battery in and out or squeezing the trigger over and over with no nail coming out than getting work done. I tried 3 of these all the same mish mash of problems. I can’t believe Ridgid hasn’t addressed these problems.
