Bought a nail gun to help make my summer projects go faster after my sister got a nail gun and raved about (was not Ridgid). I’ve tried to get this tool to work off and for a week now and it has increased four fold the time spent trying to finish projects. The only thing I have to show for it is a bunch of cut out pieces that have dents in the wood from the gun not firing a nail. Jammed 8 times out of 10. This is by far my worst purchase ever at HomeDepot. Returning first thing tomorrow.

Just used for the first time, works great! Puts a nail perfectly in the 1/4 round I'm using.

Easy to use once I found a video for loading the brads. The instruction manual is a bit lacking for a first time user of a Brad Nailer. Fortunately, you can find helpful videos on YouTube.

Portability is great. A bit heavy for long-term use, but definitely solid and meets expectations.

The nailer worked as expected. Would have have it 5 stars but I was surprised & very disappointed with the lack of a belt hook not being included. Seems as if every other Ridgid “tool only” I have purchased came with one. I guess I’ll take one off of another lesser used tool for now…

So far I have only used the tool on three different occasions and it has performed perfectly. It is a great tool especially with not having to get the air compressor and hose out. That’s why I continue to purchase Ridgid for my battery hand tools.

Would not shot the nails out properly. Get them caught up and shot 3 at the time. Then it will jam up and not shot at all. Returned it. Do not need if it will not work correctly. Just wasting time with this item if you’re needing it while doing a renovation.

Works fine. It is slow, so it takes some getting used to vs. using air nailer. Obviously it is much more quiet than using air. I was also surprised by how heavy it is.

So far so good. This is my first airless nail gun. It is nice to not drag a hose around and hear a compressor run in a clients home. It shoots the nails in great and is easy to use. You do have to give it a few seconds in between shots but doing trim work, that is not a problem. A battery last for quite awhile. I would buy it again.

The nailer is easy and works really well, the only downside is the weight of it might turn some people off from using it.

I was hesitant on getting this from reviews, but I ventured on. First issue was the sliding drive. It sticks! This was very frustrating because it was sticking about every other time or so. I took just a little pneumatic oil and opened the jamb latch and rubbed just a little on the latch side and the nail holder side where the driver slides. Seems to work good. There are a few times it sticks, but you just press the safety tip against something and pull the trigger a little and it retracts. This is in single shot mode. Haven't tried multi shot mode. People have complained that you have to take the battery out to reset it, but when the light flashes after nailing it means it's time to change the battery! There needs to be enough power to operate and that is a feature. I have had a few nails bend, but that could be because it hit a screw or something. Only about two or three when finishing a 1700sf area. The 4 star review is because of the driver sticking. I would do 4.5, but I couldn't select half a star. I purchased online and picked up in store so I rated the customer service of Home Depot.

This arrived earlier than planned perfect timing had a whole house to put molding in it made job so simple that I enjoyed it

I was a little worried given all the bad reviews! But I have used the Brad nailer numerous times already and have had no problems whatsoever. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great nail gun. I always used air nailers before, but this is much better. All the power and no messing with hoses or loud compressors.
