Love it. Use it quite often!!

This exactly what I was looking for in a cordless grease gun. I have two tractors that I keep greased and this has sped up the time I it takes to get the job done. I really like the adjustment dial for the amount of grease dispensed. This tool has more features than I had expected it to have.

Very nice quality, never had a battery powered grease gun but I do expect the quality to be just as nice as the rest of the Rigid products.

It seems well built but the tip gets stuck on the zerk fitting. I wish they put a quick release tip on it. I tried to remove the tip and it is so tight I couldn’t get it off to change it. I would have paid a little more for a quick release tip.

So far the gun works great, it save a lot of time keeping up with greasing farm equipment, the only problem is the tip won’t release from the grease fitting, I have broke off 2 fittings trying to remove the gun, I changed the tip and now it works

the warranty for ridgid is a pain to do . ridgid will not email back if product is registeror not for life time warranty .

REPLACED OLD MANUAL GREASE GUN WITH THE RIGID SO MUCH FASTER . LIKE THE LONGER HOSE FOR HARD TO REACH AREAS ESPECIALLY ON MY TRACTERS

Works great. Well built tool. Really like my RIDGID tools.

It seems very well made. So far, my only reservation is that when the hose fitting clicks over the Zerk grease fitting it REALLY stays on. I have to get under it with a screwdriver to pry it off. I expect that this will get easier with use but for now it's a nuisance.

Delivered very promptly. Works great so far and with awesome features. Cant wait to try it on the tractor.

This grease gun is great for larger equipment. I love the light on it as well as it’s a lighter than some competitors brands I’ve used and own.
