Great tool perfect addition to my 18volt JobMax
I have always wanted a Rotary/Drywall cutting tool and recently I needed to cut the bottom of some door casings when laying a laminate floor. I looked at Multi-Tools to do this job and when I saw the Ridgid JobMax it seemed to fit the bill and then finding out that it had interchangeable heads and that this Rotary/Drywall head sealed the deal, I went out and bought an 18 volt JobMax and made sure to go to a Home Depot that also had this Rotary head in stock and bought at the same time. Does great work cutting drywall, I bought other bits for it that state they can cut things like plastic, OSB, aluminum siding, laminate and more, I did test it on some laminate and sure enough it cut it! but my main reason for getting it was for cutting drywall and it does and excellent job doing that! Can't believe it was only $30, worth every penny!!!

Great Add-On to the RIDGID JobMax Tools
This Rotary Tool / Drywall Cutter is yet another great addition to the RIDGID JobMax tool line. I bought this tool as soon as it was available at Home Depot and have found it very useful. It's very nice having this sort of tool free from a power cord, which makes it very portable and able and ready to use anywhere on short notice. Also, the tool used for changing bits is built into the guard, which is nice as it's always with you. I am glad that I added it to my JobMax collection.

Good value for small jobs
Almost returned this unit because the drywall cutter blade snapped within 2 minutes while cutting out an outlet in the drywall. Half of the included cutting discs were broken upon opening - could have been packed better.
Picked up some better quality bits and it worked much better so I ended up keeping it. Got the job done but it wasn't pretty.
