Easy to use a bit slow to start up but otherwise an excellent safety tool, adds a professionalism to my business as well

This sniffer is working brilliant compared to my older sniffer (different manufacturer). No more adjusting the tick rate which took forever.

I have used portable hand held systems in the past from other manufacturers, but must say rigid has lived up to its name and reputation for providing superior tools and equipment.

very nice, or should said awesome?it will much better awesome product, it helped me out finding a gas leak in compiscuos areas inside of the house. . Ridgid is a name , very reliable company and has reliable equipment. I really recommend this product for gas detection

I do wish it would "boot up" quicker but once it does the tool works flawlessly. I had to have a detection tool because I lost my sense of smell last year. I love it.
